The packaging and shipment were intact, but when I opened the box to install the filter, the filter itself was damaged/bent.

Go buy one at your local dealer and match up the size with your current filter because this filter is less than half the size of the original Kawasaki 49065-7010 Oil Filter, therefore getting half the filtering life. Im sick of buying junk like this from Amazon. They should start to vet their sellers a lot better.

I thought this was a Chinese knock off but It says made in USA and looks just like my original filter.

Just what I needed

I did a search for my bike and this product came up as an exact fit. IT DID NOT FIT! I PURCHASED 2 AND I CANNOT USE EITHER ONE!
