Kawasaki 49065-0724 (replaces 49065-7010) Oil Filter

This filter is made in USA and was identical to the original. Ill purchase again.

Recommended part for Hustler Sport lawn mower with Kawasaki motor model FR541V. Exact replacement part.

Purchased 2 of these as a replacement and spare for the filter on my mower 49065-7010. The 49065-0724 is supposed to be a direct replacement for the 7010. They would not even screw onto the oil filter nipple, at all. I ordered the exact same filter 49065-0724 from a different supplier since my further research confirmed the 0724 is a direct replacement and the new ones did work. You decide!

It was not the right filter, did not fit like it said it would.

I replace the oil filter on my 48 inch Toro mower every two years since it is only used for personal home use. The Kawasaki 14 hp engine has been running perfectly for 11 years. I have found the Kawasaki engine and parts to be very high quality. Very happy and would highly recommend a Kawasaki to anyone.
