I have two guinea pigs and I have to change the bedding every other day because there is no odor control.

This is a really good bedding. We have used different ones, but found this and have stayed with it. It does last a long time, just as the package says, and absorbs very well.

I honestly hate this bedding. We have 2 male rats. I always clean their cage thoroughly to eliminate any waste before adding new bedding. However, this bedding is just terrible! After a couple of days, the cage seemed to smell WORSE than ever before. I thought maybe it was their grass hut or their hammock that stunk, so I tried removing those items for washing, and the leaned the cage. Nope. A couple days later, the cage was back to reeking. I’m going to just go back to my 50/50 blend of paper and aspen. This product is not worth the cost at all.

Works exactly like it should

Imagine giving 50 rolls of toilet paper to several cats. They rip it to shreds leaving their master a pile of shredded toilet paper who puts it into a giant clear garbage bag. Whoa, they say! They have an idea and with great speed write gibberish and draw pictures on the bag. Then? Well, of course, they have Amazon sell it for them as bedding. Messy, shredded paper pushed into a bag. Imagine such a gimmick? Well, that is what it seems. Upon opening the bag paper flew out of it, floating all over the room into small pieces. No worries, I just vacuumed it. And so on and so forth filling the vacuum bag within two weeks. (I vacuum every day because of the paper). Dont waste your money! It does not absorb, it is not easy to clean, it fills up the vacuum cleaner. And worse yet, it fills up the rabbits!!!!!

DO NOT buy this paper!! I’ve used this same brand without any problem but THIS one, EXTREME odor control and the blue pieces caused my hamster to have a severe allergic reaction including a staph infection. After staying overnight at the vet 2 nights in a row, she only got worse and we had to put her down today. Miss Brownie was only 1 year old. She was the most amazingly sweet hamster!! It disgusts me what she went through and the pain she felt bc of this paper!
