Greater than one weekThis piece has definitely made lowering a disabled son below decks on a sailboat much easier. My only complaint (and it is a very slight one that is more of convenience than performance) is that the metal buckles are a bit think, making buckling the other end of my self-designed contraption a bit harder, but that is a problem of circumstance more than design.

> 3 dayI do wish they were a bit longer for my application, but they work as advertised. I used them every weekend to transport my tractor and they have not frayed or show other signs of wear. The square shape of the D ring (more of a triangle ring) was at first a little annoying, but I have found that this is probably the correct shape because it lets the chain hook securely attach. Heres a tip: my tractor has a backhoe on it so you really cant get around the back axle. Loop it around the ROPS where it meets the frame, then drive forward for a tight bind. Then use binders (boomers) for the front chains. Very secure!

> 3 daySeem well made. Exactly as advertised, axel straps. Made in China. These are stashed in my Subaru Outback for emergency retrieval. For light duty, 3333#, retrieval, especially when your vehicle has no tow hooks. Nice protective outer sheathing to prevent chafing damage to strap. Exceptional value.

> 3 dayUsed this with another tow strap to pull myself out of a snow drift this morning. Needless to say the product worked as advertised. My vehicle is 4,400 lb. , had all four wheels above the ground, and it was stuck on a 3 ft. snow drift. I was able to get it underneath the frame of my vehicle with no problem. Pulled from the front. None of the anchor points were bent and none of the nylon was frayed. I would say its not for heavy duty use; nerveless, perfect for anything to through back in your car just for emergencies.

Greater than one weekBought this to attach to the frame of a homemade pasture drag. I attached one piece to each side of the frame by folding in over and then attaching both to the clip then to my riding mower using an extra large carabiner clip. These have been used twice weekly for last month bearing weight of cement blocks placed on drag and to pull the drag across the paddock. So far holding up better than I would have expected and showing no wear. These served their off-use purpose.

03-12-2024Excellent. I threw these into an order of rigging supplies on the chance that I might need them, and they ended up being the key member of the strap team for the job at hand. A pair of them allows two pick points on an object (right and left), and both pairs of metal rings fit into the hook of my engine crane. Also, for some pieces, I cradled the piece with a 6-foot strap with loop-type ends, and then I put these shorties through the loops to connect to the crane hook. Update: Take my advice from experience: buy a pair of these, not just one. For 2x the money you will get 6x the practical usefulness/value if you have a pair. They are not that expensive anyway.
