Greater than one weekTo say that this is a very nice, handcrafted comb does not do it justice. I dont believe Ive had one before which as handmade. The quality is quite amazing. Having the teeth hand cut makes a difference in the way the comb glides through my hair, and it does glide, despite my having curly hair, with ends which are very prone to tangling. I really hope this is with me forever, as its not a comb which could be replaced by just another comb. Thank you very much for reading my review. > 3 dayBest made comb around I believe. Theres no mold lines on the bristles from the cast and its polished well. The look of the metallic silver swirls mixing with the black looks incredible. I love Kent combs and I love the quality, makes me want to show it off. If you have a little extra cash and want a quality lifetime piece this is it. Highly recommended.

> 3 daySo glad I found this, no more pulling out my hair. Glides very smoothly, and this is the best size for normal daily use. I got the smaller pocket one first, and thats a bit too small so using that one for travel instead. My old comb would tear out hair left and right. This is much better!

> 3 dayThis comb REALLY does feel different from the average molded comb that you can buy in drugstores or Target, etc. The ends of the tines are smooth and rounded, so they feel good on the scalp, not scratchy. The rest of the comb, especially the insides and edges of the tines are SMOOTH and the edges are polished so that it simply doesnt pull or tear at the hair. Compared with the Giorgio detangler, and even the Kent detangler, this one wins by far. I think the pattern/formation of the tines on the Kent detangler causes it to pull. The tines on the Giorgio one had edges that were not quite as rounded over as those in this Kent 16T comb, so I thought it pulled my hair a bit; though the Giorgio one was still superior to any regular molded comb. One would think a comb is a comb is a comb, but this comb really did feel significantly better and smoother through my hair. Would not hesitate to purchase again. Cannot tell about durability because Ive only had it a week.

Greater than one weekThe fine teeth on this 16T Double Tooth Comb are scratchy, just like on a $2 Walmart comb. The wide teeth are not scratchy.

> 3 dayThere IS a difference in combs, and this one proves it. Excellent craftsmanship equals great looking hair.

> 3 dayTo refer to this as a comb is akin to referring to a Ferrari as a car. There is only one comb appointed by her majesty the Queen and that is the Kent comb. The Kent is handmade from the finest of materials since 1777. The finely polished handmade comb glides through your hair in a way that you know it is fit for the Queen herself. The Kent comb starts your day in pure opulence while you mock the peasants using inferior combs. Fit for the Queen, fit for me.

> 3 dayI bought a Kent brush for myself a few years ago and love it. I recently needed a new comb and looked at what Kent had to offer. I bought the big one which may be too big for some people. I like the size though. What is really great is how this feels in you hair. So smooth yet strong. I never realized a comb could feel like this. Real quality.
