Ive been using Kester solder for as long as I can remember ( at least 30 years +) and it is hands down the best solder around.

Its the only brand of solder I buy for a reason. Its the best.

very good solder, flows nicely. makes shiny connections.

Pros: 1. Looks expensive but this is basically a lifetime supply of solder because I will probably never use a whole pound. 2. For me, .031/.8mm is great for general purpose. 3. Made in USA 4. They were not stingy with the rosin, which comes bubbling out of every joint I solder. 5. Flows very well and melts quickly. 420 degrees F has been a great temp to start at for small contacts and thin gauge wires. Cons: 1. Leaded, but I knew that going in. Work in a well ventilated area and wash your hands thoroughly afterward. Also, keep your work area clean. Leaded seems to be the only way to go if you want the best results.

Great solder @ a great price

This solder flows easily into wires and onto PCBs, and is a superb addition to any hobby electronics tool-box. Highly recommended for anyone who does any soldering for electronics!

Delivered on time, and in excellent condition. This solder flows nicely, and quickly. Leaving a solid, shiny joint. No more cold solder joints, as with cheaper solder.

Great solder, love it.. Amazon needs to improve the packaging. The past two times I’ve ordered Kester from Amazon, it’s come in a padded envelope but damaged.
