I take the liquid first thing in the morning and then a few of the pills as soon as I get gome from work. Both products are great. Im just starting this keto journey.

Keto pills seem to help me manage glucose levels and stay in ketosis. I take them before a meal if I’m worried about the macros of the meal.

Used the intere contents of the bottle, weighed exactly the same at the end of the bottle.

Its to soon to say if its working or not

Not worth the money!

This product really helps when in keto! Gives you all the things you need to avoid getting “keto flu”. It’s a great product!

I liked these as they work well with the diet and light exercise. I lost 5 pounds, then maintained without exercise.

I got really bad heartburn within 30 minutes of taking two capsules. I didnt realize what it was from until the second time it happened.

I suggest less pills per day because trying to keep up with taking the pills 30 min before you eat 3 times a day is a bit much…
