When taken as directed I did lose some weight and have increased energy. The hardest thing for me is remembering to take 30 minutes before a meal, or to take them with me if eating out. No negative side effects either!

Been taking this for almost a month. I love this product. It gives me that get up and go that we tend to struggle with over the age of 50. I suffer from slow metabolism.(metabolic syndrome) I feel this has given me a chance to help myself aside from prescription meds. I havent had any side effects. I havent weighed myself yet but I have noticed my clothes are looser and I havent changed my diet or exercise. Looking forward to more results. Will continue to take. Thank you so much Melannie
