I have tried a couple of different brands of ketone pills, and they seemed ok, but Ive been searching for the one that I really liked. I have found it with Vitalena Natures keto diet pills. This product really helps when in keto! Gives you all the things you need to avoid getting “keto flu”. It’s a great product!

Perfect for after high carb meals

Once I remembered to take them regularly, I notice a big change in my energy. And somehow I feel they suppressed some of my appetite. I was more mindful of my eating while on them. I didnt lose a lot of weight with the first bottle but about 10 after completing the 2nd bottle.

Its to soon to say if its working or not

I suggest less pills per day because trying to keep up with taking the pills 30 min before you eat 3 times a day is a bit much…

This supplement gives me great energy and no jittery feeling. So far it is working as expected.
