I have very long, thick hair - I cant blow dry it, or brush when dry because the frizz gets too bad. This product has been amazing in helping me get some of my curls back! I use as a leave in conditioner every time, and wash my hair 3 times a week. I combine with their hair custard for some amazing results. This is my favorite conditioner. I’ve been using it for over ten years. It makes my hair silky, keeps it from tangling, and nourishes my curls. I often get compliments for how healthy and shiny my hair looks. After washing I massage this conditioner through my hair and leave it in while I wash the rest of my body. Then I rinse it with cool water, this helps lock the moister in and prevent frizz. After rinsing I actually reapply a small amount through my hair and leave it in ( it doesn’t make it look greasy if you don’t use too much). I use this with the kinky curly shampoo for a gentle clean ( I use a regular shampoo if I need a deeper clean) and the kinky curly curling custard to define curls. I also use a mouse to add volume.

I have 3C curls and this product works very well on my hair. I use it after washing and conditioning my hair, or even just wet hair to refresh and it combs through wonderfully leaving my hair smooth and silky feeling.

This is great to give your hair some.added body . I have big loose curls and it defined them and did the job. But I think this product will also give some added body to straight hair as well .Apply to your hair BEFORE you put it in a towel...apply while the hair is quite wet and work in well. If you dont wash it every day it can be wet down and reactivated.

Im Caucasian & have long fine hair. I comb this through the strands after washing, then rinse it out. It ends the fight of trying to untangle my hair once its been dried. Its also non-animal-tested, which figured heavily in my decision to purchase it. The drawback is that it has become ridiculously expensive. I may have to look for another cruelty-free product.

It works great for us, our children have curly hair, normally hard to brush through, without any products, I tried multiple different products already & this one - is THE ONE. I put it into wet or dry hair and just brush through. And even the next day, just wet the hair a little und brush easily through, I’m happy I have found this conditioner!

I swear my tangles run away as soon as they see this stuff coming. I have always suffered from the worst hair tangles, to the point where my hair almost looks like its forming dread locks after a couple of days. I can use this stuff and easily comb through with my fingers. I have baby fine, low porosity hair, so i get product buildup quickly and everything just sits on my hair, making it look greasy and oily. This product not only detangles, but it doesnt have any oils in it, so it keeps things light and simple. If you want more conditioning with oils, then you can use this product to detangle and then use a regular conditioner or deep cinditioner after. But the detangling power CANNOT BE BEAT!!

This product works wonders on my daughters curly hair. With her natural curls, maintenance is a nightmare. I tried putting the product directly on her tangles which did not work. So I put the product in a spray bottle, added water and mixed well by shaking. (1/4 product and 3/4 water) Applying the product this way worked best for us. Her tight tangles relaxed as soon as I sprayed and worked it in. Finally! Something that really works!
