> 24 hourThe pictures and description don’t show/mention this, but this isn’t like a real lacrosse ball. It’s hollow with a “plug” (that falls out all the time). I wish I could get my money back.

> 24 hourThe function of the ball is exactly as described HOWEVER. JAYSUS CHRISTMAS it smells SO CHEMICALLY BAD. Like toxic chemical burnt plastic bad. The smell gets on your hands and it doesn’t wash off. I washed the ball eith dish soap so I hope the smell goes away, but ZAMN the smell is TERRRRRIBLE. The cons of the fumes are seriously unbearable compared to the pros of the use of the ball. Using it as a paper weight now.

> 24 hourI have psoriatic arthritis and Fibromyalgia. I am prone to stiffness and knots in my shoulder blades and this provides miracle relief and gets into those knots and pressure points and provides a release and relief. Lay on the floor with the ball behind your shoulder and gently massage into the spot.

> 24 houri have chronic neck and should pain due to computer work and stress. i cant afford massages all the time so these help. they are harder than tennis balls so if you prefer deep tissue massage, then these will benefit you.
