Perfect for helping heal a calf strain

Waste of money. Can get a similar ball for a dollar at Dollar General.

The pictures and description don’t show/mention this, but this isn’t like a real lacrosse ball. It’s hollow with a “plug” (that falls out all the time). I wish I could get my money back.

Worked perfectly for releasing the tension in my shoulder/shoulder blade areas!
