> 24 hourMy son got a gaming computer and wanted to get a cool keyboard to go with it, and we got him this one. Ive got to be honest and say that I am perfectly fine with a normal keyboard and dont know much about modding keyboards. But he is into it, and he said this keyboard is awesome for modding. He said it is easy to swap out the keycaps using the included puller. There is also a frame you can remove depending on preference. The RGB works just fine and has plenty of different modes. The keyboard feels like it is pretty good quality and like it should last. It comes with a 5 year warranty, so it sure seems like it will last a while. The software was easy to set up and use. Overall my son is very happy with this keyboard and Id feel comfortable using it myself. It seems to be priced well for what you get. This is a keyboard I would recommend.

> 24 hourThis 65% keyboard is the best keyboard and the cheapest, very quiet with the brown switches and is working with 3 modes! Bluetooth, wifi, and wire. I really love this keyboard and is by far the best purchase I’ve done so far

> 24 hourIll go over things I like and things I dont like considering the price tag. Things I like- - The ARGB is excellent. Its bright and chromatic effects are very smooth. - Hot swappable everything is a big selling point, and it comes with two little tools to help you do so. - The keyboard itself is well built. It is all plastic construction, but it does keep the weight slightly down compared to metal body bluetooth keyboards. - Its not too tall for a bluetooth keyboard, which is nice. - Comes with a whole extra set of white keys - Bluetooth, 2.4ghz dongle and wired connectivity make it very versatile. - USB-C connector Thing I dont like- - In my opinion, the brown switches included are garbage. Theyre on the heavier side, and the slight tactile bump is at a different height compared to the actuation point, which is like 1-1.5mm lower. Ive tried out other brown switches, It feels like a membrane keyboard, but if I wanted a membrane keyboard I would have spent 40 bucks less for one. The one thing I dont like is kind of redeemed by the fact I can put aftermarket switches (my preference are blues). There is a lot to like about this keyboard, and I definitely think if you switch out the switches ASAP this is a great buy.

> 24 hourBox contents: Keyboard, USB-A to USB-C cable, plastic keycap puller, metal switch puller, and two spare switches, and set of white keycaps. This is the first keyboard I’ve had with tactile mechanical switches. I found that I’m not a fan of tactile switches; I greatly prefer linear switches, but that’s an easy change since this keyboard is 3-pin and 5-pin hot-swappable. The switches are Jixian brown tactile switches. These seem half decent compared to the Jixian black linear switches that came on another keyboard I purchased, but I’m still not a fan of the tactile feel. This keyboard would still be better served with some better quality switches than the Jixian switches, even if you like tactile switches. The keyboard is a small 65% keyboard, and it’s fairly lightweight, but still pretty rigid. The plate is coated steel, and the top frame is held onto the plate magnetically. This keyboard is tri-mode, so it’s capable of being used wirelessly using either the dongle or Bluetooth, or it can be used plugged in with a USB-C cable. The button to switch modes is on the bottom of the keyboard. I tried each method without issue. On the back, there is a slot that magnetically retains the wireless dongle when it’s not being used, which is great for keeping track of your dongle. There a USB-C port for charging and for wired connection, and an on/off switch located on the back. On the bottom, there is a mode button with indicator lights to switch between wired, wireless, and Bluetooth. You can toggle between devices using Fn + Q, W, or E. Instructions on how to connect to Bluetooth in the manual were clearly stated and easy to follow. There is a layer of foam inside the keyboard. It’s not the noisiest out of the box, and I think the steel plate has something to do with that. The sound profile could certainly be further adjusted by changing the type of foam inside and lubricating the switches will also help. Since I prefer linear switches, I opted to change out the tactile switches for linear ones. I added o-rings to the keycaps, and the sound of the keyboard is a more dampened, closer to my liking. When you press Fn + Win to engage the Windows lock, it activates the Windows Start menu. It does still lock the Win key, so that you won’t accidently activate it while gaming, but you’ll have to close the menu after turning on the Win lock. Just a minor inconvenience. I’ve only encountered this anomaly on one other keyboard, which is incredibly similar to the KLIM Shift. They probably share a common PCB, among other things. For what you get for the price, this is a pretty good keyboard. With the second set of keycaps, the easily removable top frame, and a hot-swappable PCB, this board is worth the money if you’re in the market for a 65% keyboard. It’s certainly a great platform if you plan to modify it.

> 24 hourThis is my first mechanical keyboard. I work in a job with a whole lot of typing and can already tell the difference it is making ergonomically because my wrists dont scream at me at the end of the day. It is very high quality and was packaged beautifully. Even the user manual was fun to read, and KLIM has clearly put a lot of thought into every aspect of their company -- from the slick packaging, to the funny customer service packet, to all of the features jam packed onto this keyboard--it can connect in three modes, wireless, wired and bluetooth, and switch between three different bluetooth connections at the click of a key (a beautiful click, on this splendid keyboard.) Even though it is a compact keyboard, it includes a function key and clearly labeled descriptions of what fn + key does, no more googling. The LED backlight is just icing on the cake, and it has a whole bunch of different patterns, including one that ripples out light for each key you type -- which I am currently using now and very much in love with. I cant wait to try replacing some of the keys. Keyboards seem like a simple thing in the office until you have one with customizable keys and LED lighting--it brings me a lot of joy day to day and gives me a neat feeling of personal autonomy in a sometimes drab and nondescript workplace. 12/10 would feel like a pro hacker dude even though I am just an office worker again. (No Sarah you may not have my cool keyboard. Get your own.)

> 24 hourMy son got it for Christmas and he loves it so far. It has so many color changing options and being able to swap out the keys from black to white is cool.

> 24 hourit is almost a perfect keybroad but, it comes with jixian switches which ruins the keybroad completely. I swap them with Akko Silver and new keycaps and now it is perfect

> 24 hourI like this keyboard a lot but I feel like it’s not really bright. Not sure if the pictures may it look a lot brighter but in person, doesn’t feel so bright. Nonetheless still love it! PS: the key cap set up is one of their ideas!

> 24 hourI am not a gamer much but like back lit keyboards, work in the dark a lot and I like deep clicks, and this keyboard has both and its functions like a champ, as I type fast, so I really appreciate the quality the backlight is superb, one of the best, the speed of the keys are superb for wireless... cant comment like the hardcore gamers, but this key board is great for more than gamers... 4.5 stars....recommended!

> 24 hourAfter having tried a bunch of different mechanical keyboards I can say that for the money this is by far my favorite one. I wanted a Wireless (both BT and 2.4g) along with wired use for those times when its just easier to plug into the computer directly, I also wanted a good backlight that wasnt a set non changing RGB like some of the others in this price range tend to have so I could set it to blue when just typing and change it to RGB RAINBOW EXPLOSION MODE when it is gaming time or to show it off. I also wanted to have the ability to hot swap the key switches in it so I could pick the best switches or even combination of switches for me. These wants tend to lead to looking at things like firstblood and keychron keyboards that cost $60-200 for similar layout and features and mind you thats on sale prices so in the under $50 price range its always pick 2 of your three wanted features situation. BUT NOT WHITH THIS KEYBOARD! I didnt have to make the compromises that a 60% board has like lack of standalone arrow keys and lose of the DELETE button which can become a pain when trying to deal with anything in the BIOS at boot when its missing. I didnt HAVE to pick which switches I wanted to start like with a non hot swap keyboard. I am currently typing this on a KLIM with the switches swapped out for Gateron Blue clicky switches with glorious o rings under the white keycap set that comes with the board, a great experience typing and I can get about 5-8 WPM faster on monkey type with it than I can with my other keyboards. This is the one I have on my desk at work. I love the clickies I put in but they arent for everyone, I recommend getting a switch sample pack if you want to try a few different styles. I have another one of these boards with the stock brown switches installed in it that I hand lubed and then put a round keycap typewriter style keycaps on for my wifes gaming keyboard and she LOVES IT! but she didnt like the browns for the WASD keys when gaming but for all the others so just WASD are Black linear switches now.. THIS IS THE WONDER OF HOTSWAP! Now onto my third one of these keyboards, its basically stock out of the box minus swapping on the white keycaps that came with it and I can say that it is a great starting keyboard. This is going to be my board that stays with brown switches as my all around travel keyboard as it really is a greet all around board to start with and just does everything well. good for both gaming and typing. Then the 4th board, I just finished putting hand lubed Gateron Red switches into it last night and I am still seating the O-ring around the key stems (these arent needed but add a nice cushion at the bottom of the key stroke.) and as far as I can tell so far its VERY nice but the Red switch was a bit light for the space bar so I ended up installing a Black switch in it to give more support. And then the fifth board I literally just ordered is going to be a black switch board when I am done with it as I want to basically have the same keyboard with all the different switches I want to ty so I can be 100% sure I get what I want and when you look and compare it to something like a Ducky One SF keyboard at $150, a Keychron Q2 at $200 (wired at that ) or even the keychron K2/K6/K14 at $80-100 I can say that I have yet to see a single reason to switch up.. If you are looking for a great keyboard to start into the world of hot swap or just want a great typing keyboard for any and all situation GET THIS ONE. Dont be me and waste $$$$ trying everything you can just to find these later. Brand that I tried and are WORSE by far regardless of price. MambaSnake 84 key non hot swap (both blue and red switch versions), Ziyou Lang 87 key TKL non hotswap blue switch (cost more BTW and much worse), Ziyou wireless 60% keyboards with Reds, Blues and Brown switches non hotswap so I ended up with 3 of them, TEWELL 60% blue switch, Macgee 68 key 68% non hot swap, and E-YOOSO z-686 65% hotswapable WIRED 65% keyboard (like this one) but costs just as much and is wired only. Best part is the first of the KLIM boards I got was about #4 in my excursion into keyboards and no mater what I got or how I modded the others, I ALWAYS ended up back on the KLIM as it just worked every time no matter what I needed and the ability to have the 2.4G to my PC, BT1 to my laptop, BT2 to my phone BT3 top my tablet and not have ANY issues switching is just amazing. They are every kind enough to make a nice quality shortcut list that can be saved for later if you want to change the keycaps as must aftermarket keycaps wont have things like the function keys marked on the caps any more but it isnt really an issue as they are A) easy to remember and B) the list works well when you forget which key is bluetooth reset or the like. Seriously STOP SHOPPING AND BUY THIS BOARD!!!!!!!!
