> 24 hourThe 504C is a monster center channel, its got power in proportion to demand. As part of a pretty much all Klipsch RP* system, I have a pair of SVS PB-1000 subs. Honestly, I have very little experience in serious DSP. I used a few Heritage and KLF lines, this is different. Soundtracks have a lot of DSP now, in order to experience this sound bubble, I went with Klipsch RP products, its pretty cool.

> 24 hourJuly 30, 2022 (edited August 7, 2022): The package arrive in tact. I paired the RP-504C with RP-8000Fs, RP-500Ms, and an HSU VTF2-MK5 with Denon AVR. While the Klipsch brand is great, the RP-504C was a great speaker and it did enhance the sound. HOWEVER, it also directed all the sound to the center so much so, that the left, right and surround channels got drowned out. Nothing I did with my AVR could bring it back. The Audassey setup did ask if I wanted to expand the center to the Left and Right channels and I chose No. When I wanted to set it back there was no option to do that, unless I ran the Audassey setup again. So while this DOES sound great and it did improve the center sound, I felt I lost the fidelity of the left/right and surround channels. This made it sound as if the center was over pronounced. Once disconnected I got back that big theater sound I was used to. I do want a center channel, just not one that hogs the middle ground and the sound stage, in my opinion. So the RP-504C was too big for my setup. So I learned that I should have gotten the RP-404C (or an earlier model) for my particular setup. So I returned it the same day I got it for a refund (minus UPS pickup fee). PaulJC

> 24 hourOne of the best sounding center channel speaker on the market. Rich, clear, clean, and robust sounds and tones. Excellent for watching movies. It gives you clear and concise voice dialog and subtle tones. This is a very good purchase for the money.

> 24 hourOh, first, the speaker is large. I bought a reference Klipsch atmos speaker system. Anyway, the center speaker that came with the set was a R-502C. I could never, ever hear dialogue loud enough from this center speaker without cranking up the volume, turning down all other speakers. Matter of fact, with previous systems over the last 25 years, the same problem. Finally, a center speaker where I can hear whispers, action, all dialog while having my other speakers at normal levels. This is my 4th center speaker and finally one that does the job that it was designed to do. Game changer, difference maker, so enjoyable...it sounds good, too. Dont skimp on your center speaker, it makes that much of a difference...

> 24 hourUpgraded my Klipsch KV-3 (well outdated but still good) center channel speaker with this RP-504C bad boy. When I first purchased the KV3 speaker center channels were more of an after thought than taking main stage like todays center channels. The KV3 is very well built and serves it purpose but when you compare it to the 504C there is no comparison at all. TBH from the start the KV3 was pretty muddy and not very clear as center channel but I wrote this off as that what a CC was supposed to sound like. Well 2 decades later I added the 504 and put the KV3 on the obsolete shelf. I am so, so, so IMPRESSED with the clarity and voice richness of the 504c am I beside my self. The rich ported bass is also very clean and does not get in the way of your main speakers, but rather supports them. I use Speakerlab S30s as my mains. Not sure if the added price of the newest Klipsch CC is worth the cost increase but you will not be disappointed with this CC 504C speaker. Best regards, Johnboy
