> 3 dayMy son has DMD and this is perfect for him. He needs to keep his feet flat or slightly flex and this helped him do that for our long road trip!

19-11-2024When installed it will still move around and I wanted it to be stable ! I’m afraid it would come up and hit my child it we was in an accident, there’s not way for the bottom the be in a fixed spot and not move ! No happy with it !

> 3 dayThis foot rest has definitely helped my long-legged 7 year old travel more comfortably in his booster seat. It is being used in a mid-sized sedan, and the kiddo can easily climb in and out without having to put significant weight on the foot rest. The item installs easily under the car seat. The only negative I have encountered so far are the latches, both to adjust the height of the foot-rest, as well as the fold-down function, are incredibly hard for an adult to manipulate, and impossible for the kiddo. This is not a major issue for us, as we do not need to fold the platform down, but maybe for others. The only other criticism I have involves the two fold down latches. They are located in a depressed notch on the foot rest platform. They are inevitably going to collect dirt and debris in this location, and that is certainly not going to improve the already challenging operation of the latch. Overall, this platform solves more problems than it creates for us, so definitely recommend despite the design flaws.

> 3 dayI wish we had found this foot rest sooner...11 years sooner! This would have relieved so much road trip stress if we had had this with our first two sons! We could not make it 30 minutes down the road without my daughter complaining that her neck hurt, she wasnt comfortable, and the tears! We purchased this for a recent trip and the only complaint we heard was that she was cold! She is now comfortable when we travel thanks to this foot rest! It was easy to assemble and install. It swivels side to side so getting in and out of the car easier for her. It is also adjustable so that when she grows we can still use this foot rest. It comes apart easy so we can travel with it and store as needed! Do yourself and your child a favor, BUY THIS FOOT REST!

> 3 dayMy son was constantly kicking and resting his feet on the back of my seat. I read research about how when adults sit in the seats, having feet on the floor versus suspended provides better blood flow and circulation. For kids, when their legs hang, it causes blood pooling and numbness/tingling sensations that bothers them resulting in them kicking or resting their feet on the backs of the seats in front. Since installing this, my son has completely stopped doing it. It’s a bit tricky to figure out in terms of installment and the levers to adjust height are a bit finicky but overall great product. I hope it’s sturdy and lasts a while because the concept is perfect! I do wish it was in more neutral colors to go with car aesthetics but if I can protect my beige seats from shoe prints, I’ll take that as a win Must have esp once child is newly front facing!
