These are fabulous needles. The tip is nicely pointed without being too sharp. I absolutely LOVE working with them! I would highly recommend them, especially to beginners as the tip will cut the frustration of slipped stitches dramatically!

These are my all-time favorite sock needles, and Ive tried many! The case is great too. I just bought my second set so I can work on two socks at a time. The metal has just the right amount of slide, not too slippery. The points are just fine to me. These are the ones I always reach for, I cant think of anything negative. They remind me of a certain luxury needle brand but less pointy, but they are pointy enough without splitting yarn.

I love these needles. The points are excellent for picking up stitches, especially sock yarn. I mostly knit socks on the smaller needles. The bright colors of the needles aid in seeing dark yarns too!

The needles appear to be fine but the case has a terrible chemical smell to it. I was really happy that this set came with a case but the case smells so bad, I am going to have to throw it out and buy a separate case to put the needles in.

I bought this set in order to help me knit socks. My only complaint is that size 4 DPNs were not included in the set and some knitting patterns do call for that size often enough to warrant their inclusion in a set specifically designated as a sock set. Other than that I like the different needle colors - much easier to grab the correct color needle than sorting through seemingly identical needles to find the right one! The best and most unusual feature of this set is the case in which the needles are stored. It’s a nice, sturdy, attractive zipper case - so convenient to keep track of all those tiny needles!

These are my new favorite sock needles. I had been using the Knitpicks metal dpns, but I think these are better because theyre color-coded with the sizes printed on them, and they come in a small attractive zippered case. I wish they were a little pointier, but they do a good job gripping the yarn without dropping stitches. (I never waste money on wood or bamboo sock needles any more because I know Ill break them right away.)

New to DPNs but these are really nice to use. Buy them, you wont be sorry.

This is my second pack of these needles. Love how they work and feel in my hands. The color coding of each set makes it easy to tell what size I am using without a needle gauge!
