> 3 dayI was initially impressed with the quality of the pictures produce by the Kodak Easy Share Printer Dock. After I installed my second ink catride and printed one photo, I let it sit idle for 9 or more months. I expected the ink to be dried up when I attemped to print another photo. To my surprise it worked just fine. No loss of quality! I have also found that the best deals for refill kits are direct from Kodak!

> 3 dayThe printer works good, but I found out quickly that you can not just buy the ink cartridge. I find this VERY annoying considering I have plenty of photo paper and just need the ink, but the only way to purchase an ink cartidge for the printer is to buy the paper too!Something they forget to mention!!! Aggg.....so annoying!

Greater than one weekAfter just a few uses the dock only prints half a picture. Kodak wants $80 plus $10 shipping to fix it. I told them that I had only used it 4 times. They told me I could return it and get 15% off a new one. The question they could not answer was, Why would I buy another if the first one failed after so few uses? After reading other websites about this I found that I am not the only one with this problem. Kodak does not stand behind their warranties or their products. I am now going to get an epson which has great reviews.

> 3 dayThis easyshare printer is not so easy. Total waste of money and wish I never bought it. I actually purchased it for my mother since she doesnt use a computer. Thought it would be easy for her to print her own pictures. I was wrong. First of all the cartridge it comes with only prints 5 photos. I couldnt believe it and felt so bad that she couldnt print more right from the start. So I bought a replacement cartridge. Total ripoff. The prices are outrageous and you cant just buy the cartridge, it also comes with the paper. Well for the price of only 50 prints I could have them printed up much cheaper at most stores. But then it gets worse. Finally the replacement cartridge comes and I install it. We dont even get to print one picture before it gets a paper jam. This was no ordinary easy to fix kind of paper jam though. There is no way into this printer dock to unjam the paper. It doesnt open. Take all the screws off that you can find and all you are left with is being screwed, it still dosent open. I couldnt get the printer cartridge back out because the paper was jammed in there which prevented anything from moving. This was total waste. I would have chosen a different camera for my mother and not paid extra to have the printer that came with this camera. If you are thinking about buying this printer to go with the camera you already have, dont waste your money. It is cheaply made and not easy to repair simple problems. The company is no help at all so dont think you can call customer service, they could care less and just suggest you send it in for repairs but they expect you to pay for everything.

> 3 dayMy actual rating is ZERO STARS. I was stupid enough to buy a second one and neither of them would feed paper and Kodak support is USELESS. Heres what happened... I bought this printer dock along with a camera and supplies in Dec 2007 for my wife. She used it maybe three times all year and it seemed to work OK. We go to use it in Nov 2008 and it wont feed the paper. I read through the troubleshooting section of manual and do everything it says to do - twice. No success. I contact Kodak support and the guy has me do it all over again. No success. Then he tells me that the warranty is up (it was supposed to be 12 months!) and that I could return it for service for only $[...] - yeah, right. I didnt want to just throw away all the supplies I bought for this thing, so (foolish me) I found it online at [...] for only $[...] and bought a brand new one. It wouldnt feed paper either. Kodak support gives me the same line, the same run-around, and ecost.com says I have to deal with the manufacturer. So now it looks like Im stuck with TWO of these useless, crappy, thin plastic pieces of junk and Im out about $[...] in all. Dont waste your money on this. Im off to buy a Canon Pixma instead. AAAARRRGGGHHH!
