The strainer wont seal. Im using Saran wrap around the stopper to get it to hold water.

Well made, but not cheap. I bought a used like new item at a much reduced price over MSRP, which made it reasonable. Be careful if buying this and a disposal flange for a double sink, because the stainless steel versions of the two have dissimilar finishes. I went with the brushed nickel versions of both to get a match.

I bought this thinking the price would indicate the quality, and I was right. This stainless steel drain is much more heavy duty than the plated one I replaced; it’ll probably outlive my house.

Perfect! Just what I needed to replace my old generic strainer!

When I received it, I understood why it is much more expensive: very high quality materia! Install is easy, no more or less than installing it of a different brand. No leaks. Everything fits perfectly well. Screw in by hand, no leak. My only thing is whether it is worth such good materia for something that can look the same as other with a little less high quality materia. I did see other models from the same manufacturer. I proabbly should have gone to a cheaper model for similar outcome.

Finally, a kitchen strainer that actually works. I am so happy.
