This thing was used. It’s stuck on reverse polarity and I put another 2 surge protectors on the outlet and those were fine. I’m not wasting my time sending back items again. Amazon sucks!!!

Had no issues with it when plugging in or during a storm. We were satisfied.

Did not receive the padlock and cable that was to be included.

When I opened the package I could tell it was already used/returned as the box was damaged and the protector was not in place as it shouldve. Quality seemed ok but guess you get what you pay for. returned and went a different direction

After reading some reviews I chose this product for the comments. So far I have no complaints. Purchased because my RV power source kept tripping the breaker. Plugged it in and got the correct wiring lights and all has been good. So far so good!!!

I use this on my 27 2020 travel trailer. The indicator lights are great to have! Tells you exactly whats going on with the power pole. Ive had one place that was wired wrong and this let me know before I hooked my new to me camper to it. Havent had to use the surge protector aspect of it but just the wiring information was worth it to me! You wont be disappointed, its one of the cheaper ones and works excellent!

I got one that was not working. However I was not happy with the very short and thin shore power plug blades. I have a brand new 30 amp outlet installed at my home. The plug blades barely stayed in it and was loose. If I plug in with my camper cord directly it’s nice and snug. For it not working I returned it. Because of the plug blades I didn’t get a replacement one and bought another brand.

So far so good, only used it once but it definitely put my mind at ease. Stows easily and is user friendly enough for the non electricly inclined.

Like the title says, really solid construction, easy to use. Stays plugged in really solid, so it wont fall out. Handy lock for security.
