the surge protector package was open also the parts were not secure in the box like it was a returned item not new .

Good product but missing written instructions on electrical specifications and on how to change the lock combination. I sent an email to inform the company about the missing information and they did reply and send me the missing information, so good service and good product.

Super easy to install and work with. Im a new RV owner and did some research on surge protectors to go with a recently purchase circuit analyzer to protect my investment then I realized this was a 2 in one and returned the initally purchased circuit analyzer (oops, Im new). Came across this product at an absolutely great price. Easy recommendation for anyone. Im no electrician, mathematician or magician but if I can use this successfully you can too.

This is exactly the surge protector we needed. I feel so much more comfortable now that there are no worries of our expensive RV appliances being damaged by a power surge. We go to a lot of private campgrounds so you never know how up to date the wiring is. This surge protector even detects correct wiring. Also comes with a padlock which was an added bonus.

I feel much better having this for our RV. You never know what could happen and this is a useful thing to have! It came very quickly and just as described.
