> 3 dayPurchased this 10 pack as a pen testing solution. They are working so far, but writing to the product and conversion to bootable image drives was incredibly slow. Total write time for an image file (ISO) of 16GB was 32 minutes. Not great if you are in a hurry! Port used was USB 3.0, and this device is USB 2.0. This item was not up to the speed of the USB 2.0 spec, claiming up to 480MB/s. In my writing speed test, I wrote a 16gb ISO file. This took an incredibly long time, at an average write speed of 9.7MB/s. The speed decreased marginally, but steadily, as the write process continued. I might recommend for multiple smaller file solutions. Perhaps office documents to home, or schoolwork to home. In contrast, my tests say this product is not up to larger file work like ISO images.

> 3 dayUPDATE: Found out the things seem to work a whole lot better if you re-format them as exfat (extended FAT.) Maybe some of the people who own USB flash drives from other companies got them formatted as exfat and didnt know? Anyway, I need these as I said below, and didnt realize they were formatted as FAT32; once I re-formatted them they perform as expected. --Original review-- 761 Kb/Sec copying 15,000 files from an 8.1 GB ISO. Bought these because the Kootion 8GB were too small (have been reading that the Kootion 32GB are slow and also unreliable.) Buyer beware! Thought these would be helpful, but NOT if they are so slow!!!!!! Maybe the company would consider fixing this and sending me some that actually perform better? ;)

> 3 dayIts weird to me that at this point in time, flash drives havent gotten significantly cheaper. Considering that a lot of new computers dont have CD drives anymore, why wouldnt flash tech keep up with that? Regardless, these seem to work well. Its a pretty affordable pack, they seem to be well made, and I havent had a problem with data transfer. This is also one of the few flash drive packs that have quick shipping instead of a month-long wait as they make their way from China, so if you need these within a reasonable time frame this is probably your best bet.

> 3 dayI have bought this 2 times now because I am saving tutorials that are not very long but I wanted them to be separate so it is perfect...

> 3 dayI probably wouldnt bother to write a review for a multi pack of thumb drives, but I accidentally ran one through the washing machine AND the dryer, and all the photos on it that I really wouldnt have been happy to lose survived. Very fast transfer speeds too.

> 3 daySomething I disliked was that when the usb was plugged in it was difficult for the computer to detect. Though it still will detect it as long as you move it a little, was worth the price though.

Greater than one weekI did not have the problems others have reported with some of the sticks not working. As for the size: space for the file allocation table, binary conversion, and format overhead (among other things) cause this to happen. An in-depth explanation would require knowledge of advanced mathematics and binary, so, just take it for what it is.

> 3 daySo far they all work properly. No issues and decent price. Not the fastest drives but get the job done.
