> 3 dayThe leather itself is thick and the holes for the straps are small. I prefer that. The prong of the buckle has to be forced through the first time, but that means it will NOT accidently come unbuckled, and that the remaining, unused, holes are not obtrusive. There is an aroma to it, but I am sure that will off-gas. The interior is voluminous! I am opening it up by putting shoes in the middle opening. Im also leaving the top flap open to give it some flexibility. The zippers are all of good quality. Although the Care Instructions say conditioners and waterproofing products can be used, it qualifies that by saying, . . .with limited application. I wish there were better guidance. Amazon has something called Leather Honey, my nephew used straight Neetsfoot oil. I just dont know. Hey, it looks good, and seems durable! It would make a good gift, was a great price, and I would buy it again!

> 3 dayLet me start off by saying that I am not someone who does many reviews but I had to for this item because I am truly blown away by the quality of this bag. You will be hard pressed to find a better bag for the money. I have been through at least 15-17 laptop bags in the last 15 years. Here are the points that stand out for me: - this bag was packaged so carefully with each buckle and zipper padded and wrapped. - I have a 17 inch laptop and it fits very comfortably in this bag with plenty of room for the many other items I tote around - Pockets...I love, love pockets and this bag has plenty. - the gusset makes it stand-up on its own when you set it down on the floor - you can zipper shut the interior. I am very lazy and although there are quick release thingys underneath the 2 buckles I am still guilty of not closing my bags properly and having to hold it to my side so it doesn’t gape open. - adjustable strap. I am a 5” 4’ female so it was great for me to set it on the smallest length and it was perfect for me. With another 5 holes in the strap it would very easily accommodate someone much taller than I. - Some reviews reported an odor. When I received this straight out of the bag it only smelled of a nice leather scent which I personally like.

> 3 dayI bought this for myself for Fathers day. =] The bag is slightly lighter in color than the picture shows, however does not deter from how nice it really appears. Internally, the flap cloth that is glued to the leather, could have been done with a little more care. Looks really wrinkled, and only take away from the external view when opened. The leather smell is really heavy when you first get it. Stick to airing it out. Took a couple of days, but after a week or so. I cant even smell it unless its by my nose. I am planning on spraying it with water proof to keep it in decent condition. It fits a ton of stuff. 15inch work laptop surface pro tablet pencils/pens 2 external zippers, and 1 internal I feel like its plenty of space, and can expand a few more inches to fit more folders. The only thing I would probably like changed if I had a choice, the front pocket would be more accessible if it was magnetic. Other than a couple of things, I really enjoy this over the shoulder briefcase. I would buy it again if I needed to.

> 3 dayBeen looking for a quality satchel for months, and after looking at all the reviews from other vendors I decided to go with Komals. It was definitely the right choice. The quality of the craftsmanship is amazing. It is quite obvious that Komal takes pride in his work, the stitching and the zippers are top notch. I can imagine my kids fighting over who gets this when i am no longer here. It is definitely something that will last for many many years. When I brought it into my work, everyone was commenting on how much they loved it and so far one of my co-workers has ordered a different style from Komal, she gets hers today. Besides being an engineer, I am a Chef at heart, all those years watching my Italian Grandmother and mother cooking it is one of my great passions, I was very pleased to find out after reaching out to Komal that they will be offering a Knife Roll, my DalStrong Shogun knives will be looking forward to his new creation.

Greater than one weekI wanted a leather bag that was elegant and robust and this seemed to fit the bill. The bag is nearly there. It is large. It feels robust. I thought that buying ‘full grain leather’ that it would be - but as you can see it is a veneer of leather on a hessian or similar backing, which feels quite rough to the touch. The delivered bag was quite light, and to protect the leather I used Obenaufs Leather Oil, also available on Amazon, which darkens the shade. The major weakness is the strap. It is two very thin pieces of leather stitched together, and it stretched thin within two weeks of usage. This is a letdown because my primary usecase for this was wearing over my shoulder. The included strap pad slides around easily and doesn’t provide much support or comfort. The bags leather creases quite easily. I give credit to Mr Komal for creating these bags, and he leaves a note explaining his small business in the bag. Honestly at this price point it’s not bad. Please make a better quality strap and it would improve my experience 90%.

> 3 dayThis bag is truly great... Where do I start? I cannot believe it was so cheap for such a great bag. Thats the biggest thing. My husband has always dreamed of having a leather bag like this, but it has never been in our budget. I decided to go for it for Christmas this year. He was a little upset, until he heard it was under 100$ dollars. So he loves the bag. And hes so pleased I found one so reasonably priced. The quality is great. Hes been carrying it to work (he walks, about a mile) every day, for the last three months and it is still brand new. It is comfortable to carry. The zippers are durable and work excellently. My husband is a bit of a hoarder and usually his work bags reflect that--- So this bag is carrying a lot of weight and has a lot of random things stuffed into it. It is up to the task! The leather looks lovely and doesnt feel cheap. It doesnt have the buttery gorgeous feeling of a really expensive leather, but I have had cheap, cheap goats leather products and its definitely a notch above. If youre on a budget and looking for a nice leather bag - you wont be disappointed by this bag. Buy with confidence.

Greater than one weekThis bag is really nice and seems to be a good quality for the price. The shoulder strap is a little smaller and flimsier than I would like. The part that should support and rest on your shoulder flows freely and doesn’t stay in place. Aside from that it’s what we needed.

> 3 dayI had been on a hunt for a briefcase capable of holding two 17in laptops, as well as notebooks, electronics, folders, books, etc. After a long, unsuccessful search, I saw this one and thought I would give it a try, and wow am I glad I did! At first I was a little turned off because it is listed as “men’s” and I am a female, but loved the style so went for it anyways. It is beautiful, genuine leather and has plenty of organization compartments. It fit two books, two notebooks, three folders, two 17in laptops, all of my stationary needs, and all necessary electronics (phone, headphones, chargers, etc.). While holding all of this, the bag is still not bulky or “too big”. It is perfect and very durable. The color is lighter than what is pictured, but not by much. I would describe it as slightly darker than a camel color. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and if I am ever in the market for another leather item, this will be my first stop!!

Greater than one weekI’ve been torn since getting the bag between being critical of the workmanship (glued-together thin leathers, frayed/broken stitches, thin pinch points in the leather I’m afraid will eventually work themselves into holes, etc), and being happy with how it’s construction works well with what I need. For example, the main compartment has two zipper heads that can be locked together with a thin travel lock, something I need to do for my job. There is also ample room inside with 3 compartments, a place to store pens/pencils on the inside front, a sleeve in the inside-back that’s perfect for a 15-16” laptop, and another exterior sleeve on the outside that can hold a notebook. The actual bag when I received it was very orange; when I tried moisturizing it the cream (Saphir product) didn’t seem to penetrate at all, and some kind of coating on the leather beaded up into small sticky balls leaving me to believe there’s something sprayed atop this to (I’m guessing?) repel water before it leaves the factory. If you are looking for high-quality full grain leather, this is not it but is glued-together thin pieces of leather. The threads are in many places fraying already (I purchased it only 5 days ago) and I expect that to get worse with time, but honestly? I still kind of like the bag because it’s setup is what I’ve been looking for. Hopefully this lasts longer than the cheap canvas case I had before, I’ll update how it goes in a year or so!
