> 3 dayMy bag was delivered this morning, and I couldn’t be more pleased! It appears to be very well crafted, and there’s plenty of room. I love the way it looks! My wife saw it, and her first reaction was “It looks like you!” That may have been the best compliment she could have given to confirm my choice! My work recently provided me with a new laptop to enable me to work from home more efficiently during the pandemic. They also provided a “sleeve” for it, but it’s only big enough for the laptop. I needed something that could contain all of my “stuff,” and this bag is perfect. The center compartment is even large enough to hold my headset/microphone as well as my coffee thermos with room to spare! I’ve bought a lot of items off Amazon since becoming a Prime member several years ago, but this may be my favorite purchase!

08-06-2025For a bag at this price point, I am very impressed. The zippers and stitching seem top notch, and the leather is beautiful quality. There was no smell as others have indicated. And all the buckles, zippers, metal came individually wrapped in Styrofoam/plastic so they were perfect no scuffs. The interior of the bag is a more matte forest green, not a brighter green as some of the pictures in other reviews had (I like my color better). The bag will stand up on its own. The storage space is unbelievable, and well organized, with an additional zipper compartment on the back, and 2 under the flap. My only gripe about the bag is they needed another 1-2 holes punched in the straps of the main flap. But I can do that myself at some point. The only thing left to see now is durability; I just hope the handle holds up and can handle the weight of my daily commute (laptop, charger, lockable hard case case for documents).

> 3 dayThe family member I bought this for still raves about it a year after receiving it- and they are extremely picky! The space and style are a great combo! Holds up well, too. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayI got a new computer at work, a Dell 7730 laptop that measures 10.8 x 16.3 x 1.2, which wouldnt fit in the old messenger bag Id been using. I have a roller computer bag that I use on trips but it was a bit much for daily use, so I looked for a larger messenger bag and found this KPL one. Ive been using it for about two weeks now and am pleased with it. My computer just fits in it. Its a tight enough fit that I cant easily slide the computer in one-handed. However, getting my computer in and out seems easier, either because the bag is looser or because Im more used to it. I like that the bag stands up on its own. My old smaller messenger bag, which I loved, couldnt sit standing up. This bag can sit by my desk, ready for me to put my computer it in when I leave my office. Its a very big bag, and I really use it only to carry my computer from my home to my car to my office and back. I keep a few other things in it, including a small umbrella, but I dont try to put a power adapter in, preferring to have one at work and one at home. For true road warrior trips, Ill revert to the roller bag. I like that the shoulder strap is removable. I took the padding piece off the strap because for me the piece was too wide to be comfortable, and I prefer just using the strap without it. With my computer loaded the bag does bounce uncomfortably off my hip as I walk, so I do keep a hand on the front of the strap to restrain the bag, something I didnt really have to do with my older smaller bag. The quick releases on the front are essential and work fine. I saw some people asked questions about this, and yes, at least on my bag, there are two quick releases on the front of the bag that are usually hidden behind the buckle straps connected to the top of the bag. I did adjust those buckle straps on my bag to use the closest hold to the top, and the top does seem a bit lose but not enough for me to bother punching another set of holes. That there are two straps is something else Ive had to get used to — my old smaller bag had only one, which was more convenient — but given the size of this bag and that it carries larger heaver items, I understand why two are necessary. One more thing about the quick releases — I took a photo of one to upload with this review, and looking at the photo I noticed that the bracket on the quick release already looks banged up. It doesnt really come into contact with anything except leather, so I dont know why its so banged up, not that it really matters since its hidden most of the time. I didnt spend nearly as much on this bag as on my old bag and got it only because of my new computer, but for the price its a good bag.

> 3 dayThis bag is great! I wanted to take a couple of weeks to use it before reviewing and it has been everything I wanted. What is really nice is the bag has filled out in its depth. So you can set the bag down and it remains standing vertically, like a briefcase. Too many bags like this just flop over when you set them down. I really like the fact that you can fully secure this bag by zippering it closed. I originally thought this was desirable because I was concerned my laptop might slip out of a more open model. The design of this one has the laptop pocket tucked under the top edge of the bag, so it covers and protects the laptop without actually needing to zip it closed. Very easy to use, plus you can still zip it up whenever you want to secure it a bit more. I have been carrying a laptop and 10 tablet very comfortably with lots of room to spare. The interior canvas lining seems legitimate, in that it is not some sort of stick-on applied material. It is actual canvas stitched in with the leather. And the leather is substantial! Thick and quality come to mind. Mine was plenty raw but the smell fades quickly, like 6-7 days for me, but the color is still getting richer and darker. Overall this is a really quality item and I am happy to recommend it. I feel like I will have this item for a long time going forward.

> 3 dayThis is my walking office. Padding for two laptops. Only padded on inside dividers one on each side, making nice middle compartment for extras with pen slots and open pockets. Buckles are heavy duty, padded shoulder rest for strap and the bag smells of leather, (yummie), stitching is straight and tight. For the price this bag is a steal!! Oh, and bonus not sure if its just what I have in it, but when I sit the bag down next to me at a seat or chair, IT STANDS UP RIGHT ALL ON ITS OWN. Sorry but thats a big deal for me. I dispise flimsy computer bags. Reaching in for phone, or pen during a meeting is imbarrasing unzipping zippers or just moving it around. This bag makes all that go away and I feel it elevates my professionalism.

Greater than one weekAs most other reviews have said, the bag is amazing. It is not perfect leather perfectly engineered, cut and sewn by machine in mass quantities making every bag identical; it is hand-tanned, hand cut and hand sewn making every bag slightly different, and giving the bag a very hand-made look and feel. It is perfectly imperfect. I also love the nice looking, solid hardware that is well-attached, even the quick-release buckles hidden under the straps. What blew me away though was while removing the bag from its protective cloth packaging, I found a very personal and heartfelt letter from Komal describing the bag, its care, and thanking me for purchasing a product that he obviously takes much pride in, and humbly asking me to please take the time to rate his product with 5 stars or contact him directly so he can correct his shortcomings and do whatever is necessary to earn that rating. I see NO shortcomings in Komals beautiful leather bag nor in his excellent service. Fine work and service, Komal; keep up the good work and you will go far! Thank you very much!

> 3 dayFor the most part its an awesome product for my business needs. Just a small problem with the zipper working correctly. Just to say it came this way zipper needed to connect before I could close it

Greater than one weekLove this bag. Great quality just the right size for everything I pack back and forth to work daily. It has enough room for 17 laptop, brighton purse which is a wallet size type, lunch and my 2 conagra drink containers. I dont like taking all kinds of different bags to work to keep track of. Seems this bag will withstand the weight of all these items. It is very attractive and received several compliments in just the first couple of days. Quality of leather seems durable and appears to be solidly made. Thought maybe it would be too heavy just on its own, since it was all leather but pleasantly surprised it was not. The hardware seems substantial and will hold up to all my stuff. It smells like leather should, when opening the box. The smell does disapate even after just a day. But I enjoy the smell of new leather. Overall very pleased with product.

> 3 dayThis is a nice, heavy, well constructed bag. A couple nice touches are the buckles and straps that hold the top flap closed are actually connected to quick disconnect clips (They are hidden by the straps.) The center outside pocket is closed with a normal strap and buckle. Those complaining about a strong odor have obviously never dealt with fresh tanned leather. Its strong, but I just take it out of the sealed plastic bag and let it air for a week. Problem solved. It comes sealed in a plastic bag, and it is in a fabric bag inside that plastic bag. I freaked out when I got it, because I bought this as a man bag, and it LOOKS like a girly flowery thing inside the plastic bag. So, yeah ... Take it out before you freak. Its well protected. Only con I see is that the liner inside the flap has a kind of wrinkled, buckled spot where it bends. Very minor, and for the price this bag is really nice.
