I don’t like the way the bottle is shaped, I had to use some tools I had around the house to get the tube in the rear dif hole 2011 camaro ss rs The sound from the rear differential is slowly going away after just 20 minutes I will update if I real care but so far so good I hope it works like the comments Next day the chatter has went down a lot !!! I would say this work just it completely hasn’t went away so now I think I have some other type of damage in my dif but yeah I’m happy

This stuff works!!!, My rear diff. in my 04 gmc yukon 5.3 L had a whinning sound when making sharp turns, I had the fluid in the pumpkin replaced a few days ago and it was still making the whining noise going into a sharp turn so i picked this stuff up at a auto parts store in my area , i had not heard about this stuff prior to buying it, but wanted to give it a try at only 8 bucks a tube, so i added some to the fill hole on the rear diff and drove about 20 miles to mix the additive with the rear diff fluid, well and i also went into a parking lot and made some sharp turns and presto noooo more noise!!!! im a happy camper!! I wanted to give this stuff 5 stars because im that impressed, but i`ll see how long it holds up.

Easy to get into rear diff with the package design

A tube of this and fresh Mobil 1 diff fluid fixed my horrendous LSD chatter problem. Based on internet posts was originally looking for Ford friction modifier but have always had good luck with CRC products. Did not disappoint. Drives like a new car, doesnt fight me in turns anymore yet still locks up tight when really hit it. Replaced Royal Purple synthetic that said it had the modifier, but guess it wasnt enough.

Even though I used GL-5 LS (limited slip) oil when I changed the rear differential oil in my Toyota Tacoma, it only took one short ride after replacing the old OEM differential oil to determine that something was not right. I heard noises and found that the rear wheels were locking up on sharp turns. So I parked my truck and did not drive it until I determined what was happening. After a fair amount of on-line research, I discovered that this additive is required even if the specified GL-5 LS is used. Concerned if this really would actually resolve the issue, I siphoned out about 7 ounces of the GL-5 LS oil and added Trans-X Posi Trac to the differential. Took my truck for a drive and the difference was noticeable after about 10 minutes. It does what its supposed to do. Live and learn.
