> 24 hourEasy to make a sheath with this, but make sure that you get associated rivets, eyelets, or bolts to hold the kydex together. Lots of good YT videos showing how to do it.

> 24 hourGot a new exhaust stem for my car which reduced the number of outlets from 2 down to 1. My rear bumper had an empty cutout I needed to remedy. Aftermarket covers cost about $100 so I decided to see what I could make on my own, Traced the base opening shape and transferred to one of the sheets which I cut with a hacksaw and then filed to near perfect shape. Used heat fun to bend over some tabs and screws to the underside of my bumper skin. Used black silicone to fill in the smaller gaps and better adhere my new exhaust delete plate. Turned out quite well. Love this product!

> 24 hourI bought this product to make a keel guard for my new kayak. It was easy to cut with power tools, easy to sand yet seems resistant to scratches. I haven’t tested it yet but this product has a positive reputation for making durable keel guards.

> 24 hourI was really impressed with the quality of this KYDEX. Its been a while since Ive done any work with KYDEX so my first attempt and forming my project was a little off. I didnt have it quite warm enough for what I was doing. I warmed it to just above 300 F (instructions say 300 to 350) and It cooled a little too quickly for me to get it placed and formed. I put the piece back into the oven to re-warm it. It flattened back out like I hadnt even touched it. This time I let it get up to about 325-330 F. It stayed warm enough that time for me to get it placed and pressed like I wanted it. I will buy this brand again for future projects. OH! Its also AMERICAN MADE, not some Chinese-made garbage.

> 24 hourI used this Kydex to make a custom knife sheath for a blade I made. It looks SO good. I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. It looks as close to professional as I could expect. Its so easy to cut, heat, form, and press. The .080 thickness was perfect for this project. Do your research & watch some videos. I felt super comfortable with this project once I watched others go through the process.

> 24 hourI ordered this to make a keel guard for my kayak. I was able to make keel guards for two kayaks and they seem as though they will hold up well.
