The pastel set is so pretty. Gentle on hair, but strong enough to hold thick hair easily. I purchased the pastel set for my granddaughter who has thick light strawberry blonde hair. I use the black ones nearly every day. They hold up great but keep them away from velcro, Fitbit metal wrist bands, and watches. They snag and then dont look as nice. I keep them on an old hairband ring from Walmart and keep an extra in my purse, car, and by my computer desk. My only con is I think they are overpriced.

In a house full of girls, these are our go to pony tail holders. They are a bit pricier than others, so we try to keep tabs on these rather than toss them around like some other inexpensive brands. We had another pack which lasted for about 3 years before we had to replace. These are not indestructible, but they do last.

My daughters and I fight over these. They really dont pull out hair (other than hairs that fell out during the day and got held in by these). My teenager wears them on her wrist as a fashion statement.... much like scrunchies of the 80s. ;) We usually lose the bands before they actually wear out. I think weve only had ONE break, and it was about 2 years old. You cant say that about most hair ties!

All ponytail holders are not created equal. Such a simple item, but not noticed as much without something to compare it to. These are a better than most Ive tried. Dont feel they tug on my hair after they are put in place. Very comfortable! Kept some for myself and gave rest as part of a gift.

Hands down my most favorite hair ties ever. They last a long time and don’t pull out your hair! They are super durable and smooth to take out. I have probably over a hundred of these because they come in awesome sets! I will never use another hair tie!

Love these hair ties! They do not cause any hair breakage, look nice, last long and have really nice colors too!

They don’t rip your hair out like normal hair ties. They aren’t as bulky loony as scrunchies either. My absolute favorite accessory to use in my hair.

I like the colors but thats about where my love of these stops. I dont know that theyre any more gentle on my hair than Goody or Scunci. I was intrigued by others reporting that they didnt have headaches from their ponytails after getting these or that they didnt have big bends left in their hair from their pony when they took them out. I can tell you that for me, neither of these claims are true. I still get a headache when I use these and you can certainly see my hair has been back in a ponytail when I take them out. They dont seem to be very durable either. After one wear the band was looking ragged, with broken strings. (I didnt wear it tight) Also- the bands are really big. I have very thick hair but two twists leaves my hair loose and falling out, three is uncomfortable. All in all, I just feel stupid for spending $18 on ponytail holders that arent really any better than any of the cheaper ones Ive tried. I know Im in the minority of the reviewers here but I just dont understand how these things have earned the following that they have. My hair is fine and thin and none of the pony tail holders Ive ever tried have worked to hold my hair without pulling on it. But these pony tail holders are THE BOMB! Theyre lovely and they hold my hair without giving me a headache or pulling my hair out.

These hairties are my favorite and I’ve been hooked on them for the past 4 years. I have thick curly long hair and these never put kinks or get my hair stuck in them like normal ties. They last a very long time before they start to wear and they look great on your wrist. The metallic version are a slightly smaller size than the normal colors but it still fits well on my not so tiny wrist. I definitely try to give these to as many people as I can do they can see how awesome they are. Was so surprised by all the colors available on amazon!
