This stand works great. The only improvement I would suggest is to make the base a little longer so it doesnt tip forward when the device is in portrait mode and you want to set it low near the table. Another option would be a 3rd pivot point in the upright section to allow it to bend also. The hinge points are stiff but not overly so. Your pone stays where you put it and its stable. The rubber sleeves on the cradle bend a bit to allow for thicker phone cases as well.

Great quality stand. The bottom hooks for keeping the switch on the stand is just slightly too small. I was going to attribute this to the glass screen protector I have on the switch, but I think its just a snug fit and meant to be so to ensure it stays on the stand. I have this sitting on my desk at home for when I want to play the switch not in handheld mode since Nintendo thinks motion controls should still be a thing.... I absolutely love this stand! It’s all metal, it’s pretty heavy duty. Helpful when playing games and watching Hulu. I can’t imagine using my switch without it now! Would definitely recommend for holding up switch, when using it or not! Able to play and charge the switch too!

My husband and I purchased this after seeing a travel blogging couple rave about them. We used this on the plane for our switch and our smart phones. These stands are super sturdy and heavy. They fold down to be compact. Best of all is that they held everything in place without a hitch! It was so nice to be able to play the switch together or watch a movie without someone having to hold the device for hours. This stand kept everything in place even during turbulence. Id highly recommend this product for anyone and itd make a great gift for the traveling gamer!

I ordered the silver stand on super sale ($7.99) and immediately ordered a second one after using the device for a few hours. I love it! It works great for my iPad mini and my phone. I love how compact the stand is, it is not obtrusive and works so I can have my iPad mini slightly elevated while I play video games or to use it to read a book while eating I especially love how I can fold the stand down and take it on the go for coffee shops or other venues. Love this stand! Thought it was going to be flimsy cheap material but it is good solid metal. Holds the Switch perfectly!
