> 24 hourWe are using this in our Midwestern Guinea pig cage. We have a 1x1 fleece liner over the top and a couple food dishes rests on that. It works great. We are buying another.

> 24 hourAll right, so I have to admit: my initial impression was one of indifference. It didnt seem like there was much to it! Surely this cant compare to the one I ordered on a certain craft site that cost me triple digits... The design is really simple and clean. The unit is shaped out of a hard, very smooth, plastic with a high-gloss finish. I ran my fingers all along to check for sneaky lil jagged/sharp edges and was pleased to find positively none. I washed the entire thing with hot, soapy water before I threw it down next to her existing litter box (that boujee one I mentioned earlier..), with pelletized pine pellets in the bottom of the hopper, beneath the grate. My bunny is a firm smedium, weighing 6lbs for reference. I thought this looked a bit too small for her, but she fits perfectly on one side with her snacky-snacks on the other side. I learned Ive got to give her small amounts of hay at a time to minimize waste, and too big of a litter box also creates more messes. Her poop sits on top of the grate while urine passes down into the pelletized bedding which makes it really easy to spot-clean between full cleanings, especially if you save for fertilizer. I was worried about her feet getting stuck in the holes, but the material is so smooth. Seeing her in action with her size relative to the holes, thats no longer a worry for me. Now, perhaps if you have dwarf breeds, that might be a consideration. This probably wont accommodate giant breeds but I havent tested it. So basically, I should have started with this. My bunny loves it and prefers it over the one I custom ordered for quadruple the price. Shame on me for my rush to judgment. Dont be like me; try this first before you jump to spend way too much on a product thats inferior in almost every way as compared to whats offered here. Thank you, truly!

> 24 hourI have two rabbits, and I got this litter box so that I can save their poop to naturally fertilize my fruit trees. The litter box is made of high-quality plastic and seems durable, so I expect it to last a long time. It fitted well in the rabbit hutch, which is outdoors. The litter box is easy to clean with a water hose. It has a plastic grid with large holes, which seems comfortable for the rabbits to stay on and does not hurt their feet. However, both pee and poop go through this plastic grid, so I cannot save just the poop.

> 24 hourI had already trained our rabbit to use pee pads but it was kind of messy of a cleanup all the time now that we put the pee pads in the litter box this has been a life changer for me and a money saver

> 24 hourWe actually got this for our ferret. As he has grown, he had gotten a little too tall for the litter box that we did have, and kept accidentally going outside of the box because his bottom would go over the edge a little. We needed something with defined corners (since ferrets prefer to use corners) and a little bit higher walls, but that he could still get in and out of easily. This has worked perfect. The white tray is more for a rabbit, and really isnt useful for a ferret, so we just took it out, which gave the perfect amount of room to fill the bottom with paper litter. The higher sides give him great corners, and keeps everything in the box. The low front makes it easy for him to go in and out of the box, and has actually helped more than we expected at keeping the area around the box cleaner, since hes not having to jump to get out, which would usually send litter flying. The size gives him plenty of room to get his whole body in the box and be able to back up into the corner, but doesnt take up a ton of space in his play area. It is also very easy to clean. The low front makes scooping out dirty litter easier, and once a week, we dump it and wash it. The smooth surface makes cleaning off any messes that didnt land in the litter very easy. We clean it with vinegar and water, as we dont use chemicals on anything we clean for our ferret. Weve used this box for several weeks now, and it does not hold onto the smell like other boxes have, so when we clean it, its just like new, with no residual odor. I would imagine this box would work well for any small animals, but as a ferret owner, I very highly recommend this box for ferrets!

> 24 hourMade of thick durable plastic, this should hold up well for years. The grid comes off so it’s very easy y to dump/clean the littler box.

> 24 hourThis is actually the second litter box like this that I own. I got one like this on Amazon almost one year ago and Ive been wanting a second one so I can just drop in the clean one while I thoroughly clean the dirty one. The litter box is the perfect dimensions to fit into her chosen pee/poop location: this corner of her hutch. (And fyi bunny owners, she is free-roam, her hutch is her castle because shes a spoiled princess). My rabbit exclusively uses this style litter box (by choice - her royal magesty doesnt like the feel of pine pellets on her feet like in regular cat boxes) My usual fill: one layer of paper towel at the bottom (keeps litter from caking to bottom), a thin layer of pine-pellet litter, then a plastic mesh food dehydrator sheet (from a broken food dehydrator), then the top grate. The top grates holes are large enough for poop to pass through. The food dehydrator sheet allows pee to flow through, but not poop. When I clean, I pick up the edges of the mat and this allows me to dump 90% of poop into a container, then I scoop out the soiled pine-pellet litter (which turns into saw dust). I have a vegetable garden and put the poop out there. Every now and then I scrub it in vinegar to dissolve the urine-build-up stains. The litter box size means you can also put a cat-litter pee-pad down at the bottom. I do that when we go on vacation to make life easier for the pet sitter. (This option is less economical and less environmentally friendly) (No pads or litter is included in this listing)

> 24 hourThis litter box is large in a good way. My sons rabbit likes it better then his original one. Its sturdy. Also, the top part (grating) keeps the bunny clean because he is not sitting right in the litter.

> 24 hourMy rabbit Cestial has a very bad habit of digging in her litter tray and getting her litter everywhere. It kinda defeats the purpose of having a litter-box entirely. Now that I have a litter-box that she cant dig in, Im very happy about it! The tray is easy to clean, easy to sanitize and her poop just falls in the box instead of having a chance of being pushed around. Love!
