> 24 hourAbsolutely horrible. Worked for maybe a week (still with issues every time I printed either from my phone or computer) had to reinstall software multiple times, contacted customer support and they said I needed to buy a $250 software for it to work on my Mac?! Insane. Couldn’t be more disappointed with this purchase

> 24 hourI received it well packaged with supporting documentation. However one of my laptops did not have a disk so I decided to download the driver setup utility for Pantum web site, which did not work, so I ended up copying the setup from CD to the flash drive -- that one worked. The support was effective, the guy spent over an hour helping installing to all my computers. We all know setting a new devise on the network is a pain. Especially printers. After trying to use network access through my home router and using different options through direct access printers WIFI hot spot, I finally had to stick to the following way: I bought WIFI USB dongles TP-Link TL-WN725 at Amazon one for each my Windows 10 computers. When install the dongle drivers it will create another WIFI driver in your computer. You need to check which one is the TP_link dongle by browsing WIFI hardware and making sure this WIFI interface is the TP_Link since another would be probably you Network WIFI you accessing Internet through -- you do not need to disrupt you Internet access. Then on that particular dongle based WIFI you find your printer, which needs to be at that point powered on. Then on your Windows 10 Settings/Internet/WIFI choosing the dongle WIFI, Show Availabe Networks/DIRECT-gx-Pantum L2350 Series Connect (also check the Conenct Automatically for further operation). This way your native computer Internet will be connected to your router and your dongle WIFI will be connected to the printer always. After your done all the above -- now you insert your Pantum installation disk, which will find the attached printer and will offer you network option, which is option 3. Then you might be asked for network password (for printer), which is 12345678 and Windows will connect to you printer which will be named in your printer list as Pantum L2350DW Series PCL 0001 or alike. Done! No USB, wired network connection is needed. As to your phone connection -- I stick using the NFC feature of this printer, but -- my Galaxy S8 connected successfully while S10 of my wife does not work. Probably Pantum App team need to work with those little newer phones.

> 24 hourIn effort to escape the clutches of the ink cartridge cartel, I decided to switch to LaserJet; bought this thing hoping I could get quality for a great price, and, well . . . nope. Print quality is perfectly fine, but the machine jams up incessantly because it pulls through multiple sheets of paper. Just a minute ago, the damned thing pulled *three* sheets of paper at once through the feeder. Id hoped maybe it just needed to broken in, but nope: Ive had it for months, and Ive realized the only surefire way to avoid constant jamming is to *literally* insert the paper individual sheet by individual sheet. Do yourself a favor and shell out the $250+ for a truly quality machine. Itll be worth it.

> 24 hourWe have struggled to get this thing to connect to the computer or phone or ipad. Then when we finally get it connected it works one time. Super frustrating. Sometime well print something and it wont respond or show its doing anything then an hour later the paper prints out. So weird.

> 24 hourAt first I thought I was going to have to return it b/c it took me a hot minute to figure out how to set up the wifi piece plus to get it to print other page sizes. But once I got those down, this is actually a pretty solid printer for the money. Well see how it does over time, but for the month or so Ive had it, its grown on me as a solid purchase.

> 24 hourif you just need a printer to print black and white then this is the one, easy set up, wifi, and very fast. I dont miss the jet ink, this laser cartage will last for a long time and never dry out, over 5,000 sheets for $42.00. you cant beat it.

> 24 hourNot reliable and frequent wifi connect failures. Wastes ink and paper everytime try to connect to a wifi network because it prints out instructions. Do not reccomend.
