HOLY JESUS THIS GETS COLD. like an almost painful cold, but it hurts so goooooddddd. I have chronic migraines brought on by weather, theres a heat wave going on and Im dying. A few swipes over my eyebrow and I feel so much better. It might not get rid of it completely, but it gives me a few more hours of peace (either use it again or take Tylenol, I can do either depending on the day). My husband hates intense cold so I use this on his back over his shirt, he LOVES it. He used it on mine and I about melted. Migraines? Great. Massaging and sore muscles? Great! Were leaving for the beach this week and Im bringing this guy with. My mom loved it over her shirt too, said it held her arthritic knees a bit. Might be buying her one, almost positive were getting a second one! Absolutely recommend!! It doesnt take up a lot of room in the freezer, its easy to hold (maybe a little big? But not uncomfortably so, it feels sturdy!) and easy to use. I really strongly recommend this for anyone who wants to add another step in their migraine routine before resorting to pain meds.

I purchased this ice roller after seeing some fitness influencers on Instagram using it. I already do gua sha on my face regularly, and figured this would be a great addition to my skincare routine. First off, this ice roller feels heavenly on your face. I will apply my vitamin C serum and face lotion, let dry, and then use this. I remove the ice roller part, wash it with soap and water and dry it off before storing it in the freezer until my next use. I love that you can remove the roller part from the base to clean it. I also use this ice roller on my arm where I have tendinitis and it is very soothing. All in all, a great, affordable product that has multiple uses.

I love using this on clients and I have a personal one that I use everyday while I drink my coffee. I freeze the entire thing and the handle doesn’t stay too cold to hold.. like maybe 20 secs. I’ve tried so many rollers and this is the winner by far.
