My sister got me this from one of my wishlists for Christmas. I read all the great things about ice therapy and I know Marilyn Monroe used to take ice baths. It really does tighten and perk up your skin. Not to mention so refreshing! I used it after a hot shower and started off in the fridge. Will work my way up to freezing. Be carful rolling to hard on your face as that can do the opposite of what you want and always roll against gravity No idea why one of the review options is warmth.

I bought this because of some list I saw somewhere. I got it to help relieve headaches and for when my rosacea flares. Ive used it a few times during rosacea flares and it is perfect! Gets wonderfully cold in the freezer, but not so cold that you cant stand to have it against your skin like with an ice pack. Would recommend!

I bought this so it could help me not pick breakouts and instead roll them to help with the inflammation and redness. I roll it over my face and by the time I’m done I no longer wanna pick my breakouts. It’s easy to use, helps with the puffiness or Swelling I experience in the morning after a long shift as well

I purchased this ice roller after seeing some fitness influencers on Instagram using it. I already do gua sha on my face regularly, and figured this would be a great addition to my skincare routine. First off, this ice roller feels heavenly on your face. I will apply my vitamin C serum and face lotion, let dry, and then use this. I remove the ice roller part, wash it with soap and water and dry it off before storing it in the freezer until my next use. I love that you can remove the roller part from the base to clean it. I also use this ice roller on my arm where I have tendinitis and it is very soothing. All in all, a great, affordable product that has multiple uses.

I leave this product overnight in the freezer and use it in the day. Im not sure if this product really depuffs the face, but it feels so good on the face. So cooling and relaxing!
