> 3 dayThis is a great set! Different levels of difficulty , and the pieces are numbered on the back with 2, 4, etc. so it’s easy to sort them. I’ll be checking to see if there are other sets. Great preschool set!

> 3 dayThe puzzles in this box are adorable. They are made of a sturdy cardboard, although not made to be put into mouths. The images are so cute and we look forward to having our grandchildren play with them when visiting. Two year old needs guidance to put together but will get there.

Greater than one weekThis is the best introduction to jigsaw puzzles ever! Each animal progresses in difficulty until the the child reaches the level of putting it all together. As a former teacher and learning disabilities specialist, I could not have deigned a more perfect tool to teach the concept of jigsaws. Each individual animal puzzle is clear and uncluttered. The final 8 piece puzzle includes the same shapes and pictures simply joined together to include a more complex background and complete from picture. I would buy every single set in this series but for the exorbitant cost of the other sets available. $40 + for a childs cardboard puzzle set is too steep for me. However, I do believe the design in the development of these puzzles is priceless. It truly deserves the 2012 Seal of Excellence! However, if you are lucky you can find more of TLJ puzzles at TJ Max for a better price, and TLJ sells direct on line for a better price. Pays to shop around on this brand!

> 3 dayIts a real struggle to find puzzles that bridge the space between peg puzzles and 12-16 piece jigsaws. These have filled the gap beautifully for us and well probably buy more in the series. The images are large enough to be able to point out to a 1-2 year old where s/he can match the different colors or parts of animal faces to one another, and the pieces are sturdy and fit nicely into each other on a flat smooth surface. These little puzzles also do a great job of developing spatial awareness: you may be surprised how quickly your toddler progresses from struggling with the 2 piece to completing the 8 piece puzzle!

> 3 dayThis is the best puzzle we have. It is very well-made. My kid does not like puzzle in general. But he likes this one very much.
