The three things I love about this set are the tongs, how well made everything is, and how great the grill is for storage. You can read more below. My absolute favorite piece of the set was the pair of tongs. My almost 3-year-old struggles with fine motor skills and I love finding simple ways to help her strengthen her hand and finger muscles. Tongs are perfect and she had a blast picking up different food items with the tongs, grilling them, and then moving them back to the tray. I also love how durable and well made each item in the set is. The kids have carried all of the items around the house for weeks, dropped them, thrown them, and the baby has even chewed on them... and they still look great and arent damaged at all! The grill has a removable grate that makes it super easy to store the play food inside of the grill (covered by the grate) until you are ready to use it. This makes clean up easy for my kids... which means that they clean up, instead of me! Some parts of this picnic set feel really nice and durable, like the picnic basket. Other parts are dissapointing, like the ketchup and mustard bottles and the watermelon slices. The bottles have crooked strings that hang out the top and I cant seem to straighten them out. The watermelon has air holes in it so they wont last long with my drooly, mouthy children before I have to chuck them due to mold/mildew inside the toys. Im usually really happy with Learning Resources toys so this one was a bummer.

Granddaughter loves these. Good size. She does try to eat the food but theyre big enough that she does not swallow them.

We actually own two of these: our twins wouldnt stop fighting for it. They play with the food but basket fell apart within hours of opening up.

This set is great for little chefs. Very nice set of veggies, buns, burgers and other items. Very colorful and durable. I am so glad that I got these for my little grand daughter chef. She is enjoying them very much!

This set, like most of the other reviewers already said, is a keeper. It is very durable (not cheap like a Wal-Mart or dollar store set). It looks very good too. Our little girl absolutely loved it. If you are looking for a good picnic set like this, Id for sure recommend this one. Well worth it!

This set is too cute. My kid loves to cook on the outside toy grill. The only disappointment was the hotdogs dont come out of the buns like I thought. Other than that its awesome

My daughter was excited for this set. It is missing the blue plates though which is a bummer...
