> 3 dayI ordered this product a couple weeks ago after reading what seemed like hundreds of reviews - both good and bad. I decided to order both the Leather Honey cleaner and conditioner mainly because of the large amount of positive reviews. Now its my turn to review the products. First off, both products arrived over a week before the estimated delivery time. Good job Amazon! Looking at both bottles, they are a simplistic design - almost antique looking, not showy but not bland, i actually quite like the look myself. The instructions are fairly basic, but easy to follow and make perfect sense. Leather Honey cleaner: I bought the 8oz bottle which comes concentrated, so i used a spray bottle and filled it with the recommend amount of water and Leather Honey Cleaner written on the back of the bottle, shook it up and it was ready to go. The bottle states that you put 2 tablespoons of cleaner to one cup of water, i found that i needed to put 3 tablespoons of cleaner to a cup of water because i couldnt get the cleaner to actually get in the leather and lift the dirt and grim - not until i put in the 3rd tablespoon. I used a brush to clean my leather car seats just because the brush can help get into the leather easier and bring up the dirt and grime. You will need to use a fair bit of elbow-grease for the product to work, but it does work. My leather is 24 years old - not ripping/tearing or anything, but is old, and the cleaner was nice and gentle on the leather, no harsh chemicals are used in the cleaner (as far as i am aware.) But the product does work. Leather Honey Conditioner: Now the conditioner. As the name suggest, it is thick like honey, almost unpleasantly thick. Many people said you dont need to use gloves when applying the conditioner, but i would recommend using them as the conditioner is thick, it leaves a thin layer over your hands. When washing your hands it takes longer than it should as it is almost like cleaning oil or butter off of your hands, takes a while as the conditioner seems to repel the water. I used a rag to apply the conditioner as it was easier rather than a brush. The conditioner goes on pretty tough, so you will need to use some elbow-grease to spread it evenly over the leather. Some of the lower starred reviews, they stated that light coloured leather (like mine - cream colour) gets stained a darker colour than the original colour, and the company is aware of this too as they state on the back that some leathers may change colour, but over time will return back to the original colour. I didnt have this problem, so im not sure about the colour changing. The bottle also states that you leave the conditioner on the seats over night and wipe off the excess the next day, so thats what i did. The excess does wipe of, but it is tough because of the thick consistency. I found that it didnt leave a sticky feel, and it also leaves a nice shine. I sort of have a love/hate thought on this product because, yes it does condition the seats (made mine nice and soft and almost brought the life back to them) but it is thick and hard to evenly spread across the leather. Final opinion: The leather cleaner is a non harsh chemical product that helps to clean seats, and yes it does clean the seats, but you have to use some elbow grease, and i found i needed to add more concentrated cleaner per cup of water to have the product have some more effect to the leather. Like i said earlier, my car seats are 24 years old, and being sitting in the Australian sun its whole life, they were very dry, so the cleaner helped clean and bring moisture back to the seats. The conditioner, would i use it again, yes, but would i use it on a ferrari... probably not. The thick, almost unpleasant consistency makes it difficult to spread evenly over the seats, but it also does its job, conditions and brings life back to the seats, and thats what a leather conditioner is meant to do.

Greater than one weekThis cleaner (in spray form) came up in a search for car leatherette conditioner, so I used it in my Toyota, which has vinyl leatherette (vinyl) seats, and I thought a honey product would smell really nice. However, thats not what its for and also it has no smell. From the seller, We dont sell a conditioner for leatherette seats; our conditioner is only for genuine leather. The spray cleaner you purchased is intended to clean, not condition, and we do not add fragrances because our products are nontoxic and chemical free. Despite that this product did not work for me, I gave it 5 stars because the seller shocked me by reaching out to offer a refund after my initial review. I was very amazed that the seller was so conscientious about his product and product perception. If I had real leather seats I would definitely buy the conditioning product and give it another try and I hope you will try it too. Just not on leatherette!

> 3 dayI purchased this product to clean and restore two couches I have, both of which had a couple water discoloration spots thanks to a few party fouls at some gatherings. One couch was actually quite old, having been passed down through some friends that werent even the first owner. I have often thought that must have seen quite a lot considering who owned it before me. The leather on this couch was starting to get brittle and beginning to show some evidence of cracking at the creases. Full disclosure, I bought the leather honey conditioner about a week ago, and when I read the instructions I decided to buy the cleaner also and use it first. Im super happy with both and will post a review on the conditioner as well, but this review is about the cleaner. This is a concentrate and must be mixed with water at 2 tablespoons per cup. One thing I would say is a little bit goes a long way. I mixed up a full cup intending to just do the older couch first, then tackle one piece of the much newer living room set later. After cleaning the first couch, and very thoroughly, I still had 6 of my 8 oz of mix left so I ended up doing all the living room set at the same time. Id recommend starting with a half cup or less on your first try, it is super simple to mix up so no biggie if you run out. Application was easy, just wipe it on, taking care not to saturate. The older couch is of the type with some extra material, sort of pleated and wrinkly so it took some extra attention to get all the nooks and crannies. When I was done however, what a difference! it already looked 100 percent better than it did. I guess I had no idea how dirty it really was being a black couch. Im really impressed with how it performed, and will definitely recommend and use again. The application I made dried in about 2 hours, I gave it a full 18 before putting the conditioner on just to make sure but by 3 hours it felt totally dry and the leather did not feel sticky or moist. Just for reference, I kept the room with the couch in it at 72 degrees the during the application and then the whole night, rather than letting it drop down to 65 like normal. The thought was to encourage the evaporation. As it seems i probably didnt need to but it is worth mentioning. Anyway, really happy with how it turned out, and the furniture in the living room turned out great too. I have conditioned the older couch with the Leather Honey conditioner, but havent had time to do the conditioner on the living room furniture. Ill leave a review on the conditioner as well, but it also worked really well.

Greater than one weekThe leather honey gently and thoroughly cleaned my white leather sofa. I can tell that the cleanser was conditioning at the same time. I highly recommend this product and I will always keep it in hand to clean other leather products. I wish I had known about this product sooner because I think it would have prevented some permanent stains from developing.

> 3 daySo I had to write a review after buying this product and using it as directed. I had a stain on my brand new burnt brown leather shoes. I was at the airport and I must have gotten hand sanitizer on them when used one of the publicly available dispensers in the airport. When I got on the plane I noticed the stains. As soon as I got home I tried som of the basic remedies but nothing was working. I came across this product on amazon and felt I had nothing to lose so I bought it. Product arrived, I used a clean microfiber cloth to spread a little bit of cleaner on the shoe. I had to apply some elbow grease but after a few seconds of rubbing I could see the stain disappearing. I did it one more time and the spotting was gone. I finished the shoe with a neutral polish and they are like new. I highly recommend this product for your leather cleaning needs.

> 3 dayI used a piece of muslin to clean a leather satchel with this product. At the time, it didn’t appear to work because there was no rubbing involved. I applied the product twice over the bottom and handles to make sure everything got proper treatment. The next day the satchel looked great. For the past week I looked it over to “find” a missed spot, but everything is really beautiful. Now I will attack my car with this cleaner.
