Great product, but the conditioner bottle was leaking upon arrival. The packaging is ruined, and probably lost about 10% of the conditioner bottle contents.

Works great, pleased with the results after applying it. Seems a bit overpriced though, may have to catch it on sale or maybe they could increase the size of each bottle a few ounces.

This is magic! We just bought this couch 2 weeks ago and bought this cleaning kit on a whim because of the reviews. Thank sweet baby Jesus I did because a my lovely dog decided he needed a makeover and found my daughters dark, RED, liquid lipstick. Yep…. All over… and jumped up on the couch. The couch did come with this “leather cleaner and conditioner” that I tried and it was not coming off. Then, as if the Amazon man knew I needed a Hail Mary…. IT ARRIVED!!! I opened that bad boy up and got to work. I didn’t work but 30 seconds and it was hardly noticeable. Put in another minute and it was gone… GONE!!!! And yes, my dog still lives but with red stained lips and paws (lipstick won that battle). Used the conditioner to protect and they look better than the day we bought them. BUY IT! It’s worth every penny.

I bought this to use on my 20-year-old leather furniture that has never been cleaned or treated. It was very easy to apply and the furniture looks so much better. The leather has many scratches from my pet and although it did not completely hide the scratches it did renew and make it look much better. It was helpful that everything that was needed was included in the kit. I highly recommend the kit!

Goes on nicely, and wipes off clean. Makes the leather look great.

This worked great for my work boots. The conditioner treats leather nice but the cleaner doesnt really do anything different from mild soap and water. Tried using this for my car which is why I bought it and it was terrible. What a sticky mess. I will continue to use this for small projects but ultimately I am disappointed by how sticky and messy this product is. It truly is HONEY. Ill keep using VLR which has never failed me.

I was pessimistic and optimistic when I got package as I usually am. I have twin leather loveseats about a year old in good condition. Never cleaned before other than moist cloth but figured it was time. Cleaner was easy and quick to use following instructions. The conditioner is really thick consistancy is thick like honey.Not what you will expect and not easy to apply smoothly. Ive read warming it up helps and I will try that next time As I stayed to apply, I was a little nervous . Required a lot of elbow grease to rub it in evenly and smoothly (gloves are a good idea). I Let it dry overnight and polished some more next day. I was extremely happy with result. A very light shine and definitely softened leather a little.I can definitely tell there is light water resistant coat now. Overall I am very happy.
