Purchased as a gift and they opened it on their lap. It was very disappointing to find that the product had leaked all over the box, soaked through the cardboard and got on their pants. I was so embarrassed that the gift ruined their pants. We bought it to go with a leather jacket we gave them. I guess Ill need to buy them some new pants too.

I think more products should be rated on their spreadability. This two-part product has one part for cleaning, and one for conditioning/sealing/protecting. It’s really really good stuff. And it spreads great. You’d not believe how well it spreads. I might even spread some on my own skin, which is leather if you think about it.

Im not in love with this kit. The micro fiber cloths were nice, but the cleaner was just all right. I dont know that it did anything a far less expensive bottle of leather cleaner couldnt have done. And the honey conditioner is a right pain in the neck to use. Its very gooey and doesnt spread well. Takes a long time to go over all the leather. It could just be that the seats in my Fiat are tough, but this conditioner didnt make the leather any more supple than it was when I started. I was hoping for some kind of distinct difference in feel. It looks nice, but Im not sure the price tag on this kit was worth it. Your mileage may vary. I wouldnt buy it again. Not unless it did something miraculous for me, like a load of laundry or dishes or walked my dog. ;) UPDATE: 4.24.22 - CUSTOMER SERVICE = 5 SOLID STARS The company reached out to me to see if there was anything they could do to make my experience with their product better and I made a suggestion. I wont disclose what they did, but I think it was extremely fair - they went above and beyond - and I really appreciate that kind of customer service. Even though their product didnt work well for my particular seats, they were willing to make it right and that says a lot about a company. I would highly recommend them for this reason.

Easy to apply. Seems to soften lesther from first application.

Pain in the ass but does great job

Our leather couch and recliner look new again. These combination of products exceeded my expectations. After the first step, I let the furniture dry for about an hour and then I did the conditioner and let it soak in overnight and wiped off excess. The instructions are right on the conditioner, a little goes a long way. Directions recommend warming the conditioner but I wasnt sure how to do that. Just took some elbow grease to spread evenly. Very happy with results.

I love the fact that everythings all in one box so my 11 year old grandson has everything right there to take care of the leather coat head inherited from his great-grandfather! Its a nice kit the leather looks amazing it was in great shape to start with but because it was his great-grandfathers its something he is cherishing and it looks like just got a spit shine on it all the time love this stuff he absolutely loves to polish and clean his weather coat from his great grandpa who is very ill now so its very meaningful for him to take care of this in the best way that he can and this kid allows him to do that

Works as advertised. Includes two microfiber cloths. The cleaner does a good job. The conditioner darkens leather a bit, but thats expected. I can tell its time to reapply when the leather starts to get lighter again. Lasts 2 or 3 months between applications. There is enough product included to take care of all my boots for a couple of years, good value for money.

The product is easy to apply and looks great.

Its a little greasy and the conditioner its tough to spread but it does an amazing job!
