My husband really likes this bag. It looks really great. The only issue is that he has used it a handful of times and it already has a number of scratches on it. Great bag but youve got to be gentle with it!

A rugged, well stitched bag. Just the right size for a book or kindle, snacks, a wallet, sunglasses, and pockets for other small items. Better than a tote bag for my hubby’s work stuff. Smaller than a briefcase, bigger than a lunch tote. Leather is very thick. The magnet closures are perfect.

First impression excellent! This is a non-vegan bag. Workmanship seems very good. Zipper works very well. Pleanty of room for my items and an iPad mini. The buckle that holds strap might be a weak spot but it’s doing well for now. Good grain leather and magnetic clasps hold very well.

This bag is well made, and exactly the right size. Its very nice looking, and Im overall happy with it. However, the leather is not properly sealed, and the dye has destroyed my favorite pair of shorts.

I ordered a brown Jack&Chris shoulder bag, and junked out my old canvas bag. I use the bag for work; which means I use it five times a week. The bag has all the features I want in a work bag: (a)

I just received this a few days ago, and my initial impressions are very favorable. As far as looks go, Ive gotten several unsolicited compliments. I think it looks masculine without being in-your-face about it. It seems to be very well made--good leather, high quality stitching, etc. Its not real big, so dont expect to use it for a weekend getaway, but it holds my journal, stationery, and a moderately-thick book, plus pens, markers, my smart phone charger and other small odds and ends comfortably in well-place and nicely-sized pockets. Im sure it will accommodate Kindles, tablet computers and the like quite well, but be aware that it has no padding except for the thick leather. The strap is a little narrower than I would like, but I guess it is well-proportioned for the bag, and thats a matter of taste--has nothing to do with quality. As far as the color rubbing off on clothing issue goes, the manufacturer does acknowledge the issue and recommends wiping it down with a soft cloth periodically for the first few days. I have had no issue with color rubbing off on my clothes. Overall, a high-quality item, at least initially. If Im still impressed after a year, Ill come back and give it that fifth star.

I purchased this bag to use as my everyday bag(Im a woman). Im absolutely keeping it but was surprised at how distressed the leather was. I would definitely pay close attention to the dementions... The purse i received is actually quite a bit longer than the photo suggests. The photo suggests an almost dainty feminine bag...which it isnt... definitely will work as a mans bag.
