> 24 hourThis was a cool set for an adult or older kid (maybe too challenging for the younger kids). Printed instructions can be a little hard for old eyes to suss out, especially with the dark pieces. Its a very elegant adult application of lego love and would make a good gift from a grown up lego enthusiast, architect, or world traveler. The small size is a little disappointing. Not a surprise from the photo, but the package photo somehow made me think it would be bigger.

> 24 hourIts a great LEGO set. It takes a while with all the little pieces, especially for the Burj Khalifa Tower. When its done, it looks great. I think its a great value for the price.

> 24 hourMy 17 yr old daughter got it as a gift from her brother. She loved the challenge of putting the small detail pieces together

> 24 hourDubai is one of the best builds in the Lego Architecture series. The Burj Khalifa soars to heights unseen before in these lego cityscapes, and the amount of blue translucent dots they give you is obscene. The Burj Al Arab is also a standout to look at and to build. All in all it was a great build, and the final product is just beautiful to look at. I will definitely be getting a lighting kit for this one. It deserves it.

> 24 hourThe LEGO Architecture Skylines: Dubai 21052 Building Kit is a moderately complex set with lots of small pieces. For fans of architecture in general, of fans of the Lego Architecture series in specific. Limited replayability ;-).

> 24 hourLove the architecture sets, so well designed and such a little tribute to the city -- Dubais might be one of the coolest because of the crazy buildings.

> 24 hourdont get me wrong I love all Lego kits and really love the city ones but theyre ummm, well cute and I kind of was in the mood for something more realistic. Dubai has amazing buildings and the details are shown brilliantly in this little kit. My sons even impressed (but this one is MINE). Im having a great time constructing the little buildings and look forward to adding more of them to my collection. On a side note, Lego... when are you going to continue with the bird sets? I got the first three but havent seen anything since then and LOVED them. Come on now, we need a Bald Eagle, Toucan, Macaw... so many beautiful birds...

> 24 hourAlthough my near vision is not what it used to be this is the first project of this sort that I found to be a real struggle, it was more annoying than challenging – and no fun whatsoever. The pieces are tiny and the instruction booklet is barely readable without a magnifying glass. The small scale of this thing had me thinking about people who try to build ships in glass bottles. The instruction book is 112 pages covering the 169 construction steps to complete the five Dubai landmarks. It is in three languages. Most of the illustrations are large enough but the tiny font size is absurd and is only necessary because the Lego people chose to cram three versions of each paragraph into a space that would be on the small side for only one. I like that the pieces are organized into five numbered bags and the instruction booklet and the pieces are meticulously molded. I doubt if many young people will find the subject of this set of much interest.
