> 3 dayThis was a cool set for an adult or older kid (maybe too challenging for the younger kids). Printed instructions can be a little hard for old eyes to suss out, especially with the dark pieces. Its a very elegant adult application of lego love and would make a good gift from a grown up lego enthusiast, architect, or world traveler. The small size is a little disappointing. Not a surprise from the photo, but the package photo somehow made me think it would be bigger.

> 3 dayI have been to Dubai, so this skyline Lego puzzle was a great gift. I have it on my desk at work as a wonderful conversation piece. No missing pieces. Less than 10 excess pieces.

> 3 dayThis is the second Architecture set for my oldest son, who’s fourteen. (He enjoyed building the San Francisco set earlier.) Though targeted at adults and children 16 and over, there are doubtless many “master builders” out there who can handle these at whatever age they are. I suspect the age limitation is more about the real-life subject matter than the difficulty. In fact, as small as intricate (and small) some portions of these builds are, it might be good to have some younger eyes standing by if you’re an older builder—or keep your magnifying glasses close! All in all, another fantastic Lego set. I’m sure your builder will enjoy it.

Greater than one weekI got this to do with my seven year old grandson, who is very into legos and has put together some pretty advanced legos on his own. Given his experience, I didnt really take heed to the fact that this lego was geared for adults. Boy, I should have! This lego set has tons of tiny pieces, which were too small and hard for him to place. His 7 year old hand just didnt have the dexterity needed, even though he was able to tell me exactly where each piece was supposed to go. All-in-all, we were able to build it, but took a lot longer than expected, and I had to place the vast majority of pieces. So, if you are an adult and love legos, this is a great set, if you are thinking you are going to do it with your kids (or grandkids), I would look at getting a different set. Beyond the fact its not suited for kids, I love this thing, It is super cool and I now have it by my desk, and it looks great!
