> 24 hourSo, three plants and four animals may seem like a pretty limited toy, but its actually getting a ton of use and I appreciate how manageable this is. My daughter loves the little animals more than her other duplo and smaller plastic toys. These, of course, are just as durable and high quality as other Lego toys. They feel consistent, the paint, such as the eyes, wont rub off even under a lot of rough play, and they are rock solid pieces. Of course they barely have any moving parts, but they fasten solidly, and you can place the animals on various duplo studs (or the included plant). I really like that the animals look friendly, yet are not cartoons of animals (the cat is pretty borderline, but the others arent). They are realistic enough that a very young child is actually getting some education value about what animals are. You can easily talk about what these animals are really like.. These are quite a lot smaller than most popular animal toys, and thats a very good thing. they are completely safe... your kid isnt going to swallow these, but they also take better coordination to play with, and can actually be played with in a way huge toys cant. they are a good idea and are well made, so I really like them.

> 24 hourI love Lego and Duplo products because they colorful and have so many ways to play. These are perfect for the younger kids to play with. The paint is nice, the facial expressions on the animals is cute, and this goes great with other animal sets!

> 24 hourThis set makes a nice addition to a duplo set of as a starter set for a young toddler. My kids like the animals and it adds versatility to the regular blocks they have. It’s a very small set that doesn’t require much building which makes it great for the car or the diaper bag.

> 24 hourMy kids had Duplo legos so I bought these for my grand babies! My kids absolutely loved playing the their animal legos. They played for hours using their imaginations to build zoos and building for their animals.

> 24 hourThis little set is perfect whether you have a sizable Duplo collection or are just getting started. The animal figures are perfect for pretending. They are posed in action to promote imaginative play. The colors are vibrant and the printing is clear. Each piece costs about $1 which is typical for Duplos with this many special pieces. Its definitely not a stand-alone set however. Perfect for a small gift for any young child.

> 24 hourWe are longtime Lego fans and have an extremely large collection of Duplo. There are many good things about Duplo: easy for kids to manipulate, easy to keep clean, sturdy, integrates easily with many other toys, and you can keep using it even as kids grow into normal size Lego. Ive rated this set three stars because it is a little short on building and play potential relative to other Duplo sets. The main advantage of the set is that it is low priced and so makes a good small gift. The size of the set and the fact that the animals are stuck in poses (movable limbs is more typically found on larger Duplo figures) makes the set a bit thin and less interesting. I would either recommend paying a little bit more for a set with more pieces, or look at the Farm Animals set (#10870) which, to my eyes, has more play potential.

> 24 hourThis is a basic Duplo set, but my is it adorable. This comes with four animals and a tree. You get an elephant, a giraffe, a panda, and a tiger. They are all baby animals and then a tree with a a flower. There is little to no assemble, so this is perfect for a smaller child even as young as two according to the manufacturer. These animals would go well with other Duplo sets, or could be for play alone as well. Duplos are well made by Lego, and very high quality and durable. The colors are always engaging and fun, and the pieces made just for little hands I would recommend.
