These are wonderful! I gave them as a fathers day gift and father and son built them together. They look great when finished.

This is an amazing looking kit. My little brother wanted this for his birthday so I purchased it for him. The price was great for Legos and it was an easy and quick build. Now we use it as a display in the library. The pieces have great color and detail to such a simple kit. It is a very nice set. It kept my 12 year old grandsons very interested. So glad I bought it.

Very nice and a lot of fun

This set was much more fun than I expected! We love building the Architecture sets, but we built them all and were looking for another fun Lego project. Were adults (nominally!), so we werent that interested in the kid-oriented sets. At first, the birds didnt appeal to me, because Ive always felt the blocky nature of Lego suits buildings much better than living things. But we gave it a try, and it was really a lot of fun. The birds are quite large by Lego standards, and pretty detailed. The bluejay is the most interesting of the bunch (and the longest to build), but each bird has its own merits, and they are very decorative. Still not as much fun as building the Trevi fountain, but a worthwhile afternoon project.

Bought this for a future gift. She loves Legos and birds so I cant go wrong this this set! Was a great price so I could not pass it by, even if it is intended for a gift later this year.
