Really enjoyed challenge

I originally got this as a gift when I thought another gift I had bought would not come in time... but the other gift did come so I got to keep this one for myself! It was so fun. Bigger than it looks in pictures. My boyfriend and I finished the whole thing in about 2 hours. It was missing a couple small pieces but thats to be expected in a 1000 piece item. Very fun! Worth the money (even though its expensive, thats to be expected with legos)

This is by far the most impressive, intuitive, creative and entertaining lego set I have ever assembled! I had to stop for a day just to be able to bask in the genius of it again; plus my hands were getting tired from the ship, but wow. I felt like Bill & Ted where narrating my head Woah, No Way when I saw what they came up with next and how they got things to work. I felt like I actually built a ship with the attention to details. I also appreciate the details they put into the box and the info about the creators.

Bought this as gift. Not seen this on store shelves. I’m sure my collector of Lego son will love it.

For Christmas gift

My son is in high school and loved this. It kept him busy for a while and looks great on his desk!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my nephew back in the end of June. He has a hobby for assembling complex lego sets along the lines of the Taj Mahal set and others. I thought this would be a fun project for him and seemed unique but as he tried to put the pieces together for the initial structure it would just fall apart. I even stepped in to help him but to no avail. Eventually he got frustrated and put the pieces in his free play. So not a total waste but i was highly disappointed.

Its LEGO! and its a big ship! We got this for our 6-year old son (yes, he is LEGO advanced). He is having a blast with the assembly, and will have loads of fun playing with it afterwards. This set is pushing his assembly ability (Recommended 9-14)

This is a really neat LEGO design. Well done for sure... having said that, you can get this set for $69.99 (which is the retail price) direct from LEGO. Happy bricking!
