> 3 dayLike tires and oil filters on a car you need to change them. You can tell the difference when you do. After having my Crosswave. I clean it after every use. But its best to do a good down home cleaning and replace all the replaceable parts. at least once a year.

> 3 dayDidn’t realize how nasty filter and brush gets, and how quickly but this is a cost effective way to keep unit performing like new

> 3 dayI’ve used the Bissell for about 7 years - so I’d guess I’ve bought about 20 (at least) replacement brushes. This was the first time I’ve seen part of the brush melt away, and it happened on both in the pack. (Filters seem fine) I have a small one BR apartment so I’m surprised that after only 15 minutes of use, the brushes have melted off both times. The first nearly burned me when I tried to fix it (it could not be fixed). I’d look for a different supplier.

> 3 dayI was looking forward to this purchase to “renew” my crosswave. I have the cordless model and the filter is great it fits perfectly and works. The brush roll however is very thin and too long for the crosswave and doesn’t fit. Even if it was shorter and it did fit, it would be too thin to even touch the floor when vacuuming. It’s not used at all obviously, hoping to be able to return the brush rolls. Otherwise great filter

> 3 dayI ordered this set in an attempt to save money on replacement brushes and filters. The brushes do not collect hair and fur as well as the brand names brushes. It doesnt rotate smoothly either. The filters have a huge piece if plastic covering 25% of the actual filter. The brand filters are washable and I assumed these were too... I wouldnt recommend trying. I washed this filter and sat it to dry in a warm bright area. It took far too long to dry and then molded.

22-11-2024First things first. You have to check your model on the Bissel website!! My model is actually 2211w, however, there are similar models that they list, where the parts are all the same size, and fit. On the Bissel website, they will show you the parts that are compatible, along with the model number and a picture. When you order from this seller, you have to make sure that your part number is a compatible part that they are listing. The seller clearly states similar to part number (blah blah blah) By doing this, you are making sure you are getting the correct part. You can see my original Bissel roller on top, with the one I ordered on the bottom. The model number to your Crosswave can be found on a sticker behind the water bottle on the back of the unit. I ordered this pack, the roller fit, and filter fit, and everything works perfect. I am trying to explain this, because I read reviews where people stated the parts did not fit at all. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

> 3 dayThe end of the brush that keeps the brush into the machine rusted off on the second use. It still stays in place, but Im not sure that its spinning as efficiently. The parts are definitely made cheaper on this. I havent used the second brush yet, so Im not totally unsold on the knock off brand but Im not completely sold on it yet either. Ill need to update my review.
