Exactly what we needed and that it’s two set ups was really great! We installed a new set and still have a reserve set!!

One of the 2 brushs wouldnt spin at all and the ends were the problem. As shown the end was messed up not allowing it to rotate int the vacuum.

It doesnt click into place like the actual Bissell filter. It just slips right in. While using this filter I noticed I didnt have to stop and empty the dirty water tank at about the spot I typically have to stop and empty it. I looked at the dirty water tank and it was only 1/4 full of dirty water. Meaning this filter picks up 1/4 of dirty water as the name brand Bissell filter, leaving 3/4 dirty water on the floor, which makes the whole point of using the crosswave pointless when youre leaving that much dirty water on the floor. The fact that it slips in and doesnt click in leads me to believe that the size affects the suction, making it an entirely pointless product. This is one of those times where the name brand is actually worth the money and the time. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

Love this machine. These replacements are so easy to replace. This scrubber vacuum is a life saver for me. I had our 3 dogs and my daughters 2 after her surgery on her foot. Her older dog had accidents on my floor. So easy just to clean them up right away. It leaves very little dampness it drys fast. I didnt have to worry my daughter would fall I had it all cleaned and just about dry after. Love it

First things first. You have to check your model on the Bissel website!! My model is actually 2211w, however, there are similar models that they list, where the parts are all the same size, and fit. On the Bissel website, they will show you the parts that are compatible, along with the model number and a picture. When you order from this seller, you have to make sure that your part number is a compatible part that they are listing. The seller clearly states similar to part number (blah blah blah) By doing this, you are making sure you are getting the correct part. You can see my original Bissel roller on top, with the one I ordered on the bottom. The model number to your Crosswave can be found on a sticker behind the water bottle on the back of the unit. I ordered this pack, the roller fit, and filter fit, and everything works perfect. I am trying to explain this, because I read reviews where people stated the parts did not fit at all. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I’ve been struggling to find the name brand brushes for my crosswave and this was a great alternative for a decent price. Works as expected

I like my my cross wave, it very easy to and to change the filter and brushes. What I dislike is it doesn’t have a self clean tray to sat it in.the suction is good , and what I paid for it , cross Wave was worth it
