Beautiful laptop, really happy with it. Havent gamed in it yet, but have great expectations :)

Had all the features I was looking for

Ha sido la mejor inversión que he hecho, la relación calidad-precio de este dispositivo es inmejorable, es rápido, lindo diseño, la pantalla increíble. Recomiendo comprarlo al 200%.

Fácil de iniciar W11, viene con Office precargado el cual luego hay que activar con licencia pagada, excelente pantalla, a pesar del teclado en ingles pude configurar para usarla con W11 en español. es liviana, buen audio, rapidez del procesador R5.

I used this laptop just a couple times a week, yet every week I had to charge this or it would die. I used only for a few hours a week, around 10 hours at most. even if it was on sleep or shut down, it would still drain. after calling amazon, they refuse to do anything, and when I called the company they hung up on me. in addition recently the cursor has been giving me problems to. Besides for the battery its pretty decent. its pretty smooth, and even with a bunch of tabs open it doesnt really slow down. the battery might have been defected but the customer service is not very much existent

Since my purchase, the battery life is dismal, a maximum of two hours before recharging. I have to have the power cord with me at all times. This is unacceptable given the choices out there today, including google chrome books and the new Apple M1 chip.
