Greater than one weekThis is a good laptop for basic internet stuff, which is all I needed. However, the constant Lenovo ads are infuriating. Ive checked all of the settings options and tried a few tutorials on how to remove them, but nothing has worked. If I previously had any desire to purchase their antivirus program or more Lenovo products, that has turned into anger at my inability to control what I see on my own computer. If the Lenovo team sees this and would like to help remedy this issue, that would be much appreciated

> 3 dayIn my first review I said this laptop purchase was a great deal but after a year the speakers got damaged and I only used the speaker when I was tired of my bluetooth earbuds. Very disappointed. I will never buy this laptop from Lenovo. I reinstall the OS many times, reinstalled the audio drivers but no solution.

> 3 dayI have not seen this mentioned, the SD card sticks out 1/2 way when inserted, so needs to be removed or risk breaking it when moving. Windows experience index numbers were very impressive for the money. Upgraded the 256 GB drive to a terabyte very happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayI am seriously considering returning this. The internet is really slow, and the one touch trackpad is really confusing. The screen is nice and the keyboard, i prefer to my macbook pro. alexa kind of works, it didnt hear me for the first hour, then it seemed to start working. the slow internet is really annoying and hard to ignore. hopefully its just the internet where i am and not the computer, but i have other wireless devices working in this same room that work well.
