> 24 hourChose this product because I thought it would helpful to be able to charge multiple devices with the adapter. My iPhone (Xr) would accept a charge, but that only lasted a few weeks. My iPad (9.7) never would charge. Very disappointed.

> 24 hourThis did the trick. I use a MacPro for live music performance with some pre-recorded tracks in Traktor Pro and I needed to interface some USB-A type hardware. This unit was plug and chug as we used to say in engineering school. I LOVE equipment that I can hook up and absolutely forget about. This is it.

The monitor would act like it was connected because it would be backlit and on my Mac I could see the monitor in settings but it would never turn on and was just a black screen. Tried another hdmi adapter from Walmart and it worked no problem. Returned this one Edit: I have updated from 1 star to 3 after customer service reached out. The product still did not work for my computers but customer service was very friendly and checked in multiple times to be sure I received my refund.

> 24 hourThis review was long overdue. My first usb dongle seemed to be fading and I wanted 4 USB ports. Plugged this guy in and after a few days it seemed to not be working. Contacted Lention and they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement. The replacement didn’t last and I thought, crap, another dud. Bought a DIFFERENT dongle and it didn’t work either. Why??? Turns out it was my 2016 MacBook Pro. The thunderbolts ports are corrupted. I recently got a Mac Mini and the Lention hub is working perfectly on the Mini. I gave the other unit to my mother in law for her MacBook Air and it works perfectly. So, after much testing, this unit works fantastic. My old computer was the problem. And, Lention has amazing customer support with excellent response time. Highly recommend.
