> 3 dayall 4 USB ports work well but monitor connected to HDMI port turns off and on many times throughout the day. Reached out to their tech support but received no answer. If you need the HDMI port on this product, Id probably look elsewhere. This is connected to a Razer Blade 15, 2020 model with RTX 2070 Max-Q EDIT: After working with Lention customer support, we were unable to get all 4 usbs and the hdmi to work on my Razer-31 laptop with a thunderbolt display. Customer service gave me a refund for the hub due to this problem. Customer support seemed eager to help but could not get the hub working to full functionality.

Greater than one weekThe hub worked well for the four USB connectors and also for charging my new Macbook Air 2020, but the connection to an external monitor via the HDMI connection not so good. The HDMI connection worked sometime and not others – it was really flaky. Often the only way I could get the external monitor to work at all was to do a complete shutdown (not just a restart) and then cold start the Macbook. It was very hard to get the external monitor to operate otherwise. Ultimately, I had to buy a USB-C TO HDMI cable and connect the monitor directly to the Macbook Air instead of the hub to get the monitor to work properly. Otherwise the hub works well.

01-06-2025I have this adaptor hooked up to my 2020 Macbook Air using the HDMI port to my Samsung Ultra Wide Monitor. Overall experience with the adaptor is great, except this adaptor needs to be plugged into the port closest to the lap tops monitor. The Macbook Air has two ports on the left side for better clarification. If it is plugged into the other port, your Macbook will occasionally have a system freeze and restart.
