> 24 hourWhile this thing looks good, it seems to be finicky with printers and HDs. It wont work with my HP printer or Toshiba HD, but will work with my WD Elements HD and Seagate. Seems to be hit or miss.

> 24 hourI received my LENTION USB-C Multi-Port Hub on March 2, 2019 and today May 22, 2019 It stopped working. When it initially arrived it worked nicely. On one other occasion it did a similar thing, but I was able to get everything working again. This time the Hub is dead. Ive written to the seller and will update my review after customer support has a chance to get back to me with next steps. Update 11-28-19 changed to 4 stars - Lention customer support was great and supplied a replacement unit right away. It worked nicely for approx. 6 months. It started causing my backup drive to disconnect in the middle of the night and then finally after 3 weeks of intermittent issues stopped charging my MacBook Air. I wrote to Lention and customer service promptly responded and offered a refund. I’m not an expert, but my theory is the hub does not have the power necessary to power my backup drive long term.

> 24 hourI bought this hub in September so I could connect a second monitor and webcam to my MacBook. It sit in a stationary position behind my MacBook. Other that needing to plug in a mouse occasionally, the hub was pretty much untouched. I recently noticed it seemed to have developed a short. I teach from home so I used it daily. I’ve tried not to touch it except when absolutely necessary. Today, I tapped my desk while I was teaching and it went out. Ugg! I’m having to teach multiple students in Zoom on a 11” screen. I paid more for this one thinking it was a higher quality.

> 24 hourIts not an ease with macbook .. this is just compatible with macbook but not the ideal for the macbook. Not doubt with windows it connects with ease but with macbook had been an issue but thought but now its getting frustated where everyday the light would be on but nothing happens with the connects hdmi/usb c/ not charning to connection to external devices
