> 3 dayGreat product - works as advertised. But it only works if your WiFi is up and running. So if your WiFi occasionally loses its mind (power loss, lost internet connection, etc.) you will not be able to control the connected device during the period the WiFi is down.

Greater than one weekThe device does not let you schedule events unless you give it exact location. I do not understand how it is in my interest to share my location with the company if I want to turn on the light at 8 pm or at sunset when it happens in my state. YOu need to enter (and verify) an email, and password, and to link Alexa, you will need those, too. I was so pleased when I saw short list of permission - only access to wifi and location, but it is useless without location. Bitter disappointment. I have Lutron device that does not need all this nonsense, why others cannot do this, too? Stealing data much? It works with Alexa, but the app is not available for kindle Fires. Why? So, for what I have now, is instead of turning on or off the light by pressing on button, I do it asking Alexa. There is a mechanical switch inside, judging by the loud click the switch makes every time I turn in on or off. Makes me think about plastic pieces wearing out soon. From Alexa skills, you can only command it to turn on or off, there is no scheduling from there. You can group this device with other devices in Alexa app to turn them on/off at the same time, but this is about it. I am very disappointed.

> 3 dayIve now had this plug for over a year. I have it connected to Google home as well as on my cell phone the app for it. 40% of the time neither Google home or the app can find the device. All my other smart devices work in that time (nest, Chromecast, Google home). Just not my leviton device.

> 3 dayExcellent product. Makes integrating your existing home lighting with an Amazon Alexa simple, without the need to spend extra money on special bulbs and lights. Easy to set up and works great! Highly recommend.

Greater than one weekOne of the few Wifi-enabled power switches that doesnt require a hub (Zwave, etc). Of those, one of the few with a dimmer. The app and switch all work well and are intuitive. The only drawback is that the dimmer is non-linear. It is powering an LED light source, but I feel like it maps as almost full-bright from 30% on up. The app gives you full granularity over percentages, whereas the physical switch is in 10% increments. The real dimming happens between around 5% and 30%, which means its only really dimmable in the app (you can configure the physical switch to map from 0% to 30%, but the light is ever so slightly brighter at 100% that it is annoying).

> 3 dayAfter purchasing a cheaper model and having them fail, I bought this and have been very happy with it. I have my swamp cooler plugged into it and when I am on my way home, I turn it on in the app so that the house is nice and cool for me by the time I get home. A real energy saver! I wish I would have bought all of the Leviton.
