Lexmark high yield 100XL Magenta ink cartridge

Did not need to use the cartridge until 3/15/15 because the cartridge in my printer was not completely out and I ordered this one because it was getting low. I did not open the box until today 3/15 when I needed to replace the cartridge. This cartridge would not print and I tried cleaning the nozzles printhead and all of the other troubleshooting operations for the printer. The ink will not dispense from the cartridge, evidently. I was going to return the cartridge for an exchange but when I pulled it up there was a message that the cartridge was no longer returnable. Not the way to go Amazon. People buy ink cartridges before they are needed. I guess I just wasted money buying these and I have still got to purchase ink cartridges so I can print. I do not recommend getting ink cartridges from Amazon. I am very disappointed.

I ordered an original Lexmark Cyan Cartridge. It came to me in the foil envelope and not in a Lexmark box like the one shown on the listing. The envelope looked like it was authentic but it is not. And the cartridge did not work in any of my printers. Ive notified Amazon to investigate this.
